Ukraine 🇺🇦

Pros: Everything was perfect. Location is great, right in the city center.

Cons: The only missing part is a dishwasher. And it’s really hard to find the parking space, but this is not owner’s fault.

Pros: Die Lage war außergewöhnlich gut. Obwohl das Apartment in der Einkaufsstraße liegt, ist überhaupt kein Lärm zu hören, da es nach hinten ausgerichtet ist. Leider hat der Geschirrspüler nicht funktioniert, wir haben das dem Eigentümer mitgeteilt und kurze Zeit später hat sich das jemand vor Ort angeschaut. Leider konnte er während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert werden, allerdings haben wir dafür eine sehr großzügige Entschädigung erhalten! Wir haben mit dem Eigentümer per WhatsApp kommuniziert und immer gleich eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Auch der Check-in mittels Schlüsselsafe war unkompliziert.

Cons: Wir haben Porto im November besucht, leider war es im Apartment zu dieser Zeit sehr kühl und feucht. Allerdings war es möglich, mit den Klimaanlagen zu heizen. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir aber sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment.
