Con qualche piccolo accorgimento il soggiorno diventa perfetto

Pros: L'appartamento è in una buona posizione, al primo piano raggiungibile anche con ascensore, fornito del necessario per preparare i pasti (ci sono anche olio, aceto, sale, etc.), dotato di lavastoviglie e macchina del caffè. Anche la comunicazione è sempre stata rapida ed efficiente

Cons: L'armadio è troppo vicino al letto e questo rende impossibile aprire i cassetti; per lo stesso motivo non c'è un comodino da una parte del letto. Manca qualche gancio appendiabiti nel soggiorno e in bagno per gli accappatoi (la scaletta presente non è sufficientemente stabile per asciugamani, teli e beaty-case); il soffione della doccia ha poca pressione e manca un gancio per il doccino che, invece, ha una buona pressione
