Pros: A wonderfully spacious apartment ideally suited to a family or group of friends. Located in the central city with the mercado very nearby. Comfortable beds and clean facilities.

Great place and excellent location!

Pros: Great location, staff were excellent, the rooms were very clean. The support via WhatsApp was very helpful and convenient.

Cons: It wasn’t a serviced apartment which i don’t think was clear at booking. You had to pay to have your towels replaced

Pros: The 24hr service on WhatsApp was amazing. The team are super friendly, polite and very responsive to all the questions we had prior to the stay and during! The location of the place was also super central

Amazing people and service, great apartments

Pros: Youropo are running an amazing business here with outstanding service. Due to me breaking my leg during our holiday and then the big Portugal power cut we had to unexpectedly extend our stay in Porto twice. Youropo were the only people we knew (particularly during the power cut when all communication was down) and they bent over backwards to find appropriate apartments from the various apartment buildings they administer. They carried bags for us (as I couldn't), even lent us cash during the power cut so we could buy dinner. Most amazing people. And a very clever business too, they operate their office 24/7 servicing all their apartments making it a bit like a distributed hotel in terms of service levels. If I could give more than 10/10 I would.

Pros: The location is excellent. The hotel staff was available, courteous and excellent.

Cons: You can hear the street noises loudly in the apartment, there were tiles falling apart on the floor, the window in the living room was broken and the light in the hallway was strong and was supposed to be turned off by a motion sensor, but in reality it didn't turn off and at night it was problematic.
