Street parking advertised but staff went out of their way to accommodate my motorcycle in secure parking on site

Pros: Very clean, no frills and did the job as advertised

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Lovely apartment in a great area

nice, clean, near to the center.

Pros: We stayed in the apartments and here, everything was good. Location is nice, quite near to the center, definitely walkable. Very clean property and lady was coming every day for clean. So with that nothing to complain.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like is communication. Before going to Porto trip I send twice a messages to the property by booking, asking a question about beds, which was very important to know in advance. When I didn't get an answer for a few days I called and ask additionally about free parking. Got the wrong information, that yes, it's free. Arrived in Porto we discovered that its free only for Hotel costumers and not for the Apartments. So, it really was surprise.

Clean and spacious apartment, walking distance from old town

Pros: Good location, clean and spacious apartment. Good value for money. Nice, recently renovated bathroom. It met our expectations.

Cons: Kitchen was small and a bit ran down. But we didn't use it that much so not a big deal for us.

Suberb stay in Porto central location

Pros: Very spacious two rooms apartment. Large very clean washroom. Well equipped kitchen next to small living room. The apartment was very quiet, and even though it was on street side, it was very quiet at night. Great location just a few minutes from Chapel of Souls, Bolhao subway station and grocery (Pingo Doce).

Cons: We streched our budget a bit for this stay but if you make use of the great kitchen and take breakfast and another meal there every few days, it would be well woth it.

Pros: Central location. Good and clean bathroom. Quite. Clean sheets. Nice reception.

Cons: It was a little difficult to locate apartment door as they were not marked according to the keys which they gave me. No bedside light so lights were too strong for reading.

Great value!

Pros: Plenty of space . Washing Machine, patio. Kitchen had enough utensils to make a good meal.

Cons: A little walk to the river. A bigger frying pan would be nice. Single bed was a bit hard

An excellent apartment

Pros: Excellent location, very central but away from the noisy areas. Staff very friendly and helpful to answer questions and give us tips. Flat was clean and quiet, fully equipped with kitchen, fridge, washing machine, ironing board, clothes horse. Bed was comfy but on the firm side, which I personally liked. There were plenty of pillows to suit different needs. Towels and bedding were changed regularly, l felt there was no need to do this as frequently, but l appreciated it. There was air conditioning, but we didn't need to use it as opening windows was sufficient. We loved our stay and we will definitely stay again!

Cons: The hair dryer was old and was overheating instantly, resulting in it stopping working after a few seconds so having 2 people drying their hair wasn't ideal. I would suggest replacing it with a newer safer model.

A three-night stay

Pros: Very nice personnel, comfortable, clean room in a very good condition

Cons: Sockets only in the kitchenette and the bathroom

we had a great stay in this apartment but I wish they have more kitchen things for cooking.

Pros: big apartment, clean , perfect location , quiet place and comfortable

Cons: small kitchen, not enough pan and pot , no knife for cutting the meat .
