Perfect

Pros: The location is perfect because you can get to the centre in no time. Even so, they gave us an apartment that overlooked an interior courtyard, so it was quite quiet. They gave us an apartment with more rooms than the one we had originally booked because it was available. With air conditioning/heating in every room. Highly recommended, to be honest.

Excellent value for a short getaway, central walkable everyone in the city, plenty of bars and cafes

Pros: Excellent friendly service in a busy check in, very streamlined not waiting long at all. Central location, walkable for majority of city sights. Bed comfy, room spacious.

Cons: blinds could have been blackout let some light in. small bathroom but clean.

In a great location.

Pros: Great location, clean and tidy. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons: 3rd floor apartment for two seniors with no lift was not ideal. The wifi didn’t work at all on the three days we were there.

Perfect t location

Pros: Great location on level with top of bridge friendly helpful staff. Spacious apartments with all necessary facilities.

Cons: We were on the top floor and there were numerous beetle like insects in the kitchen sink and on the bathroom floor. When the shower was in use the kitchen smelled of drains. This was reported as we left

Good apartment, well located

Pros: Nice space, we could sit around the table or in the sitting room chatting

Cons: Reception staff late the next day so we had to hang around for 20 mins before a staff who sat in a back office and declined to help us earlier came out to do check out and leaving bags.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable apartment for 4 people. Perfect location if you want to visit Porto. Easy self-check in and it's possible to keep your luggage after check out
