Good value for money and easy to walk to the centre

Pros: Big comfortable bed, spacious area. Free parking in secure garage. Hoist met with no delays and really helpful information regarding the area. Easy to walk to the centre and all around Porto.

Cons: Big crack down one of the windows. Lift shuddered every use when on the floor selected. Shower head broken and not fixed to the wall so had to hand hold for all showers. Also to do with the area, lots of prostitutes on one of the roads to get to the centre there day and night.

Perfect location, super helpful owner, lovely apartment

Pros: This apartment has a designated parking space available within the building. The owner met us on arrival, helped us park the car and then took us to the apartment where he provided loads of helpful information about Porto. We loved that he suggested where to eat, what to see, what not to miss etc. It was extremely helpful. The apartment itself was spotless, the bed and the sofa bed too were very comfortable, we didn't really use the kitchen but it had everything you might need. The location of this place is remarkably close to the main sites in Porto - we only ever walked and reached the Capela das Almas de Santa Catarina within 10 minutes.

Pros: Well equipped, very clean and comfortable . Has everything you need for pleasant stay

Cons: Getting in the unit . Meeting someone that to get in was very inconvenient . We drove from airport and could not give exact time by minute .

Pros: Location is a walkable distance to the old town. The suite is modern and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities mentioned. And Gabriel was extremely helpful to check us in and assist us.

Nice apartment, lack of information!

Pros: The location was good, within walking distance to everything. The apartment building was quite dark and grim looking but the apartment itself was bright, clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

Cons: We struggled to find the property, the information given is not very clear. We had a major issue when checking out, the lady that showed us to the apartment told us to leave the pass for the car park and the keys on the table of the apartment, I asked if we would be able to get out of the car park without these and was told we would. On the day of check out, we left the apartment and keys as instructed got down to the car park entrance and could not get in to the car, luckily after waiting another couple came down and exited so we were able to get to our car. The next issue was that we could not exit the car park in the car, I had no signal on my phone and we wasted an hour trying to get out of the car park with no apology!

Pros: Nice and cozy apartment, with great location and garage. Attentive owner/staff, easy communication from the beginning. It was clean and warm when we arrived.

Cons: Odd building. Not an apartment block or hotel. Seemed to be an office block which was a bit dated in appearance.

Cean and modern apartment

Pros: Extremely clean and modern apartment with an excellently equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, coffee machine with capsules and dishes. Convenient underground parking. The apartment is located within walking distance of the sights in the city. There is a large supermarket nearby.
