Everything you need in a lovely flat away from the busy centre

Pros: Clean, lovely and big apartment in a quiet location. Parking close by, about 20 minute walk to the main town. Perfect for us.

Cons: The door was hard to use.

Pros: The unit is à very good place to access all major sites. Transport options are also very good. The owner was very responsive to à minor problem.

Pros: Really great location - a block away from start of central area. The room is modern and fresh. Very clean, easy to access, good comunication with host.

Cons: You get one towel per stay so need to visit laundromat regularly. They don't provide toilet paper. The apartment lacks all basics , jug, some kitchen items, iron, luggage racks etc. With the addition of these it would be improved. Also it does get a lot of noise from the stairwell and entry, which woke us regularly as people came and went.

Pros: Amazing experience. The bathroom was great, the stay had a very nice feel to it. The garden was the cheery on top.

Clean and modern apartment - some issues though

Pros: Really modern and clean apartment, it has everything you need. The check in was easy (attention to the main door; you need to pull and then push to open it). The staff is available via messages, and resolve questions really fast. The terrace and garden is nice. The area is quiet and located in between the metro stations Trindade and Faria Guimaraes.

Cons: Even though the house seems newly renovated, the apartment (level -1) already has some mold in the area under the stairs. It also seems to be quite humid in the apartment, and there are some drain flies (little black flies) flying around. The door of the bathroom does not close anymore (due to the humidity?) and the main apartment door also can only be closed with force.

Pros: Location was great, quiet, modern and new apartment. Only the heat pump makes a bit of noise, but that only switches on for limited time now and then. Nice little garden even. The appartment has everything you need and is at walking distance to the city and even closer to the market of Balhao. Good value for money. Would come here again!

Cons: You should open the door a bit to get fresh air in, the cupboard smells a tiny bit of damp. Bathroom does not have a window, so it's quickly a bit damp inside. But doors can be opened easily to garden.

Ideal place to visit Porto !

Pros: What you see is what you get: very clean, modern and in a very very quiet neighborhood. Not too far from historic center. Local bakery nearby.

Cons: Wifi loses connection regularly.

Pros: The location of the apartment was ok, fresh renovated.

Cons: what I didn’t like was the fact that I didn’t had a place where to put my clothes, no wardrobe. Also, in the bathroom there is no hanger for the towels

Pros: Es un apartamento nuevo el cual pudimos disfrutar de un lugar limpio y en buen estado.

Cons: Estaría bien que hubiera un poco de leche y endulzante de cortesía ya que cantábamos con cafetera y capsulas de café; al igual que botellitas de champú y gel. Detalles que creo que no deberían perderse.
