Magnificent

Pros: The apartment is spacious and very cozy, fully corresponds to the description, good repair and layout of the apartment, excellent shower, cleaning in the apartment, access via app or code. We really liked the apartment, it exceeded our expectations. Detailed instructions for check-in. Friendly staff, ready to answer questions. The apartment is on the 4th floor, there is an elevator, we went down to the first floor (garage and exit to the courtyard) and went up from it. We are very happy with our stay here and recommend this place to everyone.

Pros: Excellent apartment. Clear and plentiful instructions.

Cons: Address number differs slightly from what is stated in booking platform. Digital keys may not function well from time to time (digital pad in door). It happened to room neighbours. Hosts (not present but reachable by telephone) should speak slowly and clearly, since treating with foreigners.

Good location at the subway and clean and well-equiped apartment

Pros: Communicative staff ready to answer my questions. Dishwasher and kitchen equipment. The room and all equipment was clean except for mould in the bathroom. Good location at the subway station, short distance to a good shop for groceries.

Cons: Make sure you get the room with windows into the yard, when having room facing the street, the noise is really disturbing. Very humid air in the bathroom and later in the whole apartment.

Great stay.

Pros: Well, complete and cosy equipped. Close to subway. Very helpful and supportive landlord.

Cons: Noise from the street at night.

Pros: The bed was great! They also give a small pack of supplies like couple dishwasher tablets, that was nice. Opening doors via links: much better than keys.

Cons: We didn't find a tea kettle and there is no oven, but they are replaceable by microwave and the cooking top.

Corporate housing in Porto

Pros: Clean and comfortable studio a little out of the centre of Porto. It was well-equipped, had a lift, and the ability to book space in the ground floor garage, which was useful. Electronic access was successful and worked well.

Cons: I'm sure the staff were trying to ensure that everything went smoothly, but I found the constant messaging a little wearing

All we needed and more, great staff and in a calm location.

Pros: We were met by a person who gave us the keys, showed the facilities, gave all the tips we could need and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment has everything we needed and more! Clean, good bed, a lot of utensils and basic cooking things. The room has great acoustic isolation, air conditioning and the location is convenient. All the communication with Joana was great. We couldn’t recommend more! Extra tip, Go to Oporto Confeitaria and enjoy delicious food :)

Cons: One thing that could improve is the shower. It gets cold after a few minutes, so be aware of that. It could have more towels for longer stays, but it worked fine either way.

Pros: The apartment was very beautiful, sunny, comfortable and clean. It included all the necessary facilities. The location not being very close to the center, made it more quiet, both during the day and during the night. The host was very friendly, understanding and quick to respond to my messages. She even allowed me to check out one hour later than the official time, due to an unforeseen situation. I am very satisfied with my stay here and I gladly recommend this place to everyone who searches for quality and kindness.

Almost perfect apartament

Pros: The apartament was spacious, there were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, day room and outside terrace. It was quiet during the day and night. Entering the apartament was really easy with the app. Also, personnel was helpful and kind. I stayed there for a whole week and had space for work and rest. I really enjoyed the stay and would go back again!

Cons: Hard to say, it was almost perfect! The only thing I missed was a sponge to clean the dishes but it's just a detail.
