Excellent

Pros: The apartment was beautifully designed, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — close to the river, main attractions, and great restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. The views were stunning and made the experience even more special.

Perfect Stay in all weather

Pros: Apartment is set on higher grounds directly facing the river with 3 sets of lovely white double glazed windows and wooden window frame for the night. Bed is very comfortable and firm and well equipped with pillows and cushions and blanket. Kitchen is sufficient for basic meals preparation including thoughtful items like evoo/salt/pepper and good supply of teabags and coffee capsules for the nespresso machine. An overall bright homely feel and secured key. We had 5nights and were very comfortable here The best comments go to the Host, Susana. We are in our late 80s and she ensured we checked in ok etc etc. v helpful at all times

Cons: You got to get a hang how to to use the shower as adjustment for hot cold is slightly tricky. But all is good

Great apartment, a little quirky, but very comfortable.

Pros: Location was excellent, convenient for buses, walking into the centre, and the historic trams. Handy supermarket a few minutes' walk away. Several good restaurants very close by.

Cons: Maybe check the drainage from the bathroom basin? Seemed a bit slow.

Exciting, comfortable adventure

Pros: Beautiful location on the river with large windows. Super gorgeous apartment. Tram close by to get into city centre or you could easily walk.

Wonderful loft apartment in a perfect location

Pros: We really liked Susana's beautiful loft apartment, it is bright and has a great river view. We found the location perfect, as the apartment is a little out of town and therefore away from the crowded city center, but still within walking distance. But the best thing was the really perfect service from Susana, who responded quickly, helpfully and friendly to all our requests.

Cons: We actually liked everything, we just found the roof struts in the kitchen and above the bed difficult as you could easily bump your head. As these roof struts (which logically belong to a loft) are not covered or protected, you can quickly injure yourself if you are not careful enough.

Bright, modern, breathtaking

Pros: Bright, modern, and thoughtfully put together apartment along the Douro River. Appreciated all the detailed touches throughout the studio that really made this feel like home (including the very comfy + big bed, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, kitchen ware etc, which aren't always a given). Really lovely views of the river and hills along the water. Sitting by the window and watching the boats and trams pass by each day with a coffee was sublime. It was also incredibly quiet considering the tram line out the window. Easy self check in + Super friendly, genuine and responsive host as well. I also appreciated the ample reading material to study up on all Porto has to offer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Very pleasant stay.

Pros: Much more space than we expected. All the amenities that is needed for a short stay. Close enough to the centre, but not crowded.

Outstanding

Pros: Studio was exceptional. Aspect was wonderful, overlooking river from four large windows. Very spacious and relaxing. Owner was easily contactable, if necessary, and was very helpful. Lots of useful information about Porto was provided, including guide books. We loved everything about our stay there.

Cons: Nothing.

A great place to escape for a weekend or maybe a whole week!

Pros: The apartment was perfect, stylish and sophisticated, very easy to be in and still relaxing. The shower in the bathroom was great and never ran out of hot water.

Cons: Could have been a little closer to town but that's just my old back complaining.

Pros: This house is truly exceptional, The view is breathtaking, you can see the beautiful river from huge windows. Waking up to such a stunning sight made our stay unforgettable, Combined with the prime location, everything we needed was just a short walk away. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for both luxury and convenience!
