Very good

Pros: Host is cordial and helpful. Accommodation is really good. Modern and cleam. Good self-catering facilities. Location is around 30min walk away from main tourist areas which to me is an advantage; you learn how to get around the place. There are, in any case, several options of restaurants and services nearby. It is close to the main transportation hub in Porto, Campanhã station, for national coaches and rail if you plan days out or further travel.

Cons: Accommodation would benefit of some helpful items such as a kitchen roll, some cleaning spray (there is no daily cleaning) and some bathroom shelving and hooks, but this is no big deal.

An enjoyable week, easy to access, Carlos our host responded to any questions immediately. I would recommend this proper

Pros: The apartment is bright and compact containing everything we needed for our stay. We ate out so didn’t cook but cooking equipment was available. The benefit of a washing machine was much appreciated and clothes could be dried on the terrace. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious shower had good pressure.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Nice spacious apartment in a remote area of Porto

Pros: Excellent responsive host who arranged early check-in and late check-out for us, good communication. Clean apartment, well equipped. 2 separate toilets which is useful if you travel with a family.

Cons: Sleeping on the sofa bed downstairs was not comfortable. Also, soundproof is rather weak. Finally, location is a bit distant from the city center and all amenities.

Good stay

Pros: Well furnished apartment with all that I needed. Clean as well. Convenient and quiet location

Cons: Did not look like the main picture but it's okay

Pros: The place was very clean and beautiful decorated! It was in a nice location very close to the center. Walter was very friendly and willing to give us a lot of information about Porto.

Cons: The apartment didn't have hand soap, so we had to buy our own for the few days we lived there. Also, when I had an accident with my jacket and decided to clean it at the washing machine, I realized that there was no detergent! Not even a little, just for one time. It would be very helpful to provide these things for a short time stay in the apartment. Although we would recommend it to everyone who would like to visit Porto!

Great apt stay

Pros: Good location for day trips as it is a 7-10 min downhill walk to Campanha (also can catch Flixbus to Cascais from there). The centre is maybe a 20-30 min walk away, Bolt from centre was also quite cheap (~4€). Comfy airy room with lots of lighting and good AC (had no issue with dampness like some others). Great to be able to use kettle and washing machine! Walter sent detailed instructions to access keys the morning of (we never met though), so make sure you have access to data or wifi!

Cons: Wifi was a little weak at times but worked fine for the most part. Could have used a kitchen towel or paper towels in the kitchen, but he provided so many bathroom towels so it wasn’t really an issue :). The shower hook was broken so when I first turned on the water the water pressure caused the shower head to fall down 👀 Bring your own shampoo/shower gel as there is none provided :)

Perfect based to explore Porto

Pros: Great location, easy walk into the historic centre. Loved having a private patio to sit in the sunshine. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Apartment itself was beautiful and had a nice modern kitchen and facilities. Loved it!

Cons: Only issue I ran into was the limited hot water supply. Good enough for a solo traveller but couples might have issues having back to back showers.

Great little apartment

Pros: Cute little studio apartment very clean and pleasant. Easy to get to the centre of Porto but away from the crowds. I liked the neighbourhood. Walter was very helpful when I arrived.

Pros: I loved everything about our staying The room is spacious and full of amenities, super clean and the guy who checked us in was very nice! The location perfect because it’s near the metro but you can also take a 20 minutes walk and you will be in the centre of the city.
