ON Apartments - Garden View

Clean, comfortable and good location.

Pros: The apartment was in a great location. We did have a little difficulty obtaining the key as the incorrect contact number was given to us, however K arrived got us in and did a full explanation of attractions etc.

Cons: It would be helpful to have some instruction manual for the induction cooktop….could’nt use it at all (I have one at home but this one was different). There was no kettle to boil water for tea or coffee, so stove would have been handy. Microwave tea just doesn’t quite cut it. Also no instruction manual for the washing machine. All else was fine. Towels were lovely and ample cutlery hidden in the drawer down under the oven.

Pros: Great location. Great unit, wonderful for a 2 day stay. Was very clean and tidy. Loved the swallows on the wall.

Cons: There was abit of noise from the other apartments, could hear lots of comings and goings! One of the white towels was slightly stained. When we opened the windows the flies came in, so fly spray would be a good idea. The sofa not so comfortable.

Good stay overall.

Pros: Good location. Close to metro. Nice restaurant opposite. Comfortable bed and seating area.

Cons: Very limited supplies in kitchen - no salt, pepper, cooking oil; only 1 coffee pod for coffee machine. Towel rail in bathroom was broken. Construction noise next door in the morning.

It is all about expectation and requirements

Pros: + 2 min walk to Metro (search for metro exit via elevator, direction rua de bomjardim - saves a long walk around the block) + all you need to sleep + rest + washing machine / dryer + friendly host / uncomplicated + clean + good local shop around corner + perfect starting point to discover Porto + price-performance ratio Summary: We would come back in case returning to Porto. The right place if you do expect a good, quite place to sleep rather than golden doorknobs.

Cons: - loose towel holder (nothing serious) - no cutlery (but we had our own)

Pros: This apartment was perfect for our stay. The staff was the best we ever saw, I am so glad that we met João and André, what a service. In terms of the cleaning, everything was perfect, morning to say. Thanks!!

Everything is perfect.

Pros: Friendly staff who communicates well even before the check in.

Pros: The ideal localisation - very close to one the mainest metro stations and the historic center, plenty of local restaurants, bars and shops around, very helpful and nice host.

Cons: Not fully equipped apartament - lack of knife, coffee and sugar etc. The walls must have been very thin - we could hear every movement on the stairs outdoor and in a flat above - It was quite annoying.

Pros: The apartment was so cleaned and the staff was amazing!
