Pros: Comfortable, neat apartment perfectly located for visiting Porto. Good air-conditioning was great in the summer heat. Very friendly and helpful host, Mariana, met us on arrival and shared great info on sights and eateries. Lovely coffee shops on doorstep for super breakfasts.

Cons: The Wi-fi was very intermittent, often not able to connect. The shower, although clean, was not easily manageable with the door sliding.

Great flat in great location

Pros: Very nice little flat in central Porto, close to all the main sights and metro stops. Mariana who checked us in was lovely, the flat’s clean and comfortable. Also a great place for breakfast next door!

Pros: A pleasant designer apartment in a great location, clean, featuring a charming (albeit very small) balcony, a friendly host, and soft, fragrant bed linens :)

Cons: Wifi doesnt work at all. The shower is a bit tricky and requires some care. Shower door is broken (still functional but needs gentle handling). I really missed having hooks to hang jackets. The stairs to the apartment might be inconvenient for some, but if you're comfortable walking around the city, these few steps shouldn’t be an issue.

Lovely place

Pros: The view from the balcony and the amazing sunshine.

Cons: It lacks a lift, making it difficult for older people, at least my parents.

Pros: Location ! Also Nuria, the host was super kind and caring.

Pros: The host met us and was very helpful and had information on the area. Maps, restaurants etc also snacks of wine etc This was more than usual for most accommodation

Cons: Having to carry cases up the many flights of stairs. I understand old houses don’t have lifts. We are fit but not young.

Clean warm and comfortable stay in the midldle of Porto

Pros: Very clean stylish property on the 3rd floor above a shop without a lift but ample stairs to the entry: Two very comfortable double beds, good heating for a winter visit to Porto. One bedroom has impressive views of the railway station but quality double glazed doors and windows means very little noise at night. A friendly and helpful host not only provided a handy map and guide to local area and some very reasonably priced tickets for a quick boat tour. Visit Cervejaria Gazela a few minutes walk for cheap classic Porto food or walk a few mintes to the local food market.
