Pros: Wonderful welcome. Lovely spacious clean accommodation. Comfy beds. Great location

Pros: We stayed in April 15–19 and had a great experience. The location was ideal — right in the center, but away from noisy streets, so it was quiet at night. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely view from the window. We were especially grateful for the umbrella, as it rained quite a bit during our stay. A friendly man greeted us on arrival, showed us around, and gave helpful recommendations for nearby places — thank you for the warm welcome!

Cons: The kitchen was missing some basic utensils, and the knives were very dull and should be replaced. There were no extra garbage bags, and the balcony had no cushions — though we didn’t use it much due to the rain. We also missed having a washing machine and somewhere to dry clothes, and a few more hooks or hangers in the entrance area would’ve been useful for coats.

Pros: The place was very clean and spacious. Great for our family. The location was great and Helder was very responsive and a great host

Perfect stay

Pros: Great location almost next to the metro station from the airport. Perfect contact with the owner, who was very friendly and allowed us to check in earlier. Good beds, nice terrace etc.

Great location spacious apartment

Pros: Very good location, very central. We walked everywhere which was very convenient. The host was very friendly, good communication. We had an appointment with a terrace which the kids loved. The main bed was very hard and kitchen was poorly equipped, could do with more glasses, cutlery and a kettle. The rest was good.

Great apartment in good location

Pros: Spacious, clean and well located. Loved the terrace and the air con worked well as it was very hot. Helder was a great host

Cons: More comfortable seating on the terrace would have been great. Also a coffee table in the main room. We would have appreciated some bowls to eat from. These are minor things as we had a great time

Pros: The location was perfect, the owner is really kind and the house is nice for a small group.

Cons: The heating system is not enough for cold nights. Coffee and tea options can be enlarged A long mirror can be good in the entrance :)

Apartament godny polecenia.

Pros: Apartament zlokalizowany bardzo blisko dworca Trindade, kawiarnie i restauracje tuż obok, do supermarketu 3 minuty. Apartament czysty, obszerny, wyposażony w to co potrzeba, 3 kondygnacja, wejście schodami, bardzo ładna klatka schodowa. Jest i zmywarka do naczyń. Jest ładny taras.

Cons: Sufit wydzielonej łazienki cienki z plexi. Kiedy zaświecisz lampę w nocy łazience, to jasno w mieszkaniu. Bardzo cienkie ściany od łazienki, słaba izolacja od hałasu. Brak małych noży, na przykład do warzyw. Słaba izolacja od dachu na kuchnią, szybko wychładzał się, a byliśmy w lutym.

Pros: Piso espacioso, limpio, muy bien ubicado, camas cómodas, buena cocina con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Lo recomiendo al 💯

Cons: Nada. Todo estuvo perfecto!
