Oporto LightHouse Apartment by DA'HOME

Great location. Nice apartment. Ideal for young (fully mobile) couple.

Pros: Location is excellent. Apartment is well equipped and nicely furnished. Everything that you need for a home from home provided.

Cons: To get to the main bed on the mezzanine level required lowering motorised staircase down. Climbing up the steps was fine but at the top there is not a lot of room to manoeuvre and you have to be agile and flexible to do this every night. Less mobile people would struggle. If you ever fall out of the bed in your sleep, don't choose this apartment. The bed is close to the edge of the mezzanine on one side and there would be nothing to stop you falling off the side and down to the lower level unless you raise the steps after going to bed...which means you would then have to make lots of noise lowering them again should you want to get up in the night...

Pros: Beautifully decorated and excellent location to center of Porto. On a busy street but very quiet on backside of building

Cons: The ladder/stairs to loft may prove difficult for people with mobility issues..

Cute apartment in good location

Pros: Great communication with the host, very easy to pick up keys and was always quick to reply to messages. It's a neat apartment with the loft bed but I will say that it was mildly inconvenient sometimes having to put the staircase up and down. Very clean and having a washing machine was a huge bonus. Beds were comfortable too, I would stay here again!

Cons: Mildly inconvenient layout, provided toiletries consisted of only a bottle of shampoo

Pros: The apartment is beautiful, clean, very well located, our host was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about Porto. Easy to find and private parking a nice bonus. Would book again without hesitation.

Great apartment near to the center

Pros: Great apartment near to the center. It was very clean and the staff were very accommodating.

Pros: Great spot near some fantastic restaurants. Staff member who checked us in was lovely and very helpful when we arrived. Coffee machine and pods supplied. Very cool little loft.

Cons: Floorboards on the verandah were broken but wasn't a huge issue.

Family friendly charming apartment with easy parking

Pros: The host met us with the keys to let us in and show us where to park. She was very friendly and gave us a map with many great recommendations, several of which we used (thanks!). Cute loft apartment, it was quiet and safe. The queen bed is upstairs in the loft and was fun to access via the ladder stairs. Kids were happy down below in living room on their own single beds. Great open patio space, cute kitchen, also nice there were snacks and water as well as soap and other basics. Easy 10 minute walk into the main old town area or walking down to the riverfront in 15 minutes. Parking was very easy and safe. It's a charming apartment and well managed, had a great experience here, we would recommend it and stay again.

Pros: Gemütlich, gut ausgestattet, gute Lage, sauber, warm und mit Heizung ( Februar). Schnelles und unkompliziertes Einchecken.
