Wonderful!
Pros: The BEST thing of the apartment were the heated floors! LOVED them! My husband and I have agreed that this is the best place that we stayed in Portugal! Layout was very well planned. Location was great! Well stocked with kitchen utensils and all of them in real good condition! Highly recommend!!!!
Cons: Nothing negative.

Great place to stay in Porto
Pros: Very comfortable apartment and a great location. It’s right next to a street full of souvenir shops and art galleries, and there are several really good restaurants just a few steps away. At the same time, you can walk to almost all major attractions, it usually takes around 10-15 minutes. Inside the apartment, everything you need is provided. The bed is very comfortable mattress. There’s a dishwasher, a washing machine. There’s balcony, although it was raining during my visit, so I didn’t get a chance to use it. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. Great accommodation and very friendly staff who respond quickly.
Cons: The apartment itself is wonderful, and everything was great. The only thing that disappointed me a little was receiving a message the day before check-out saying that if I stayed inside the apartment past the check-out time even for a few minutes, I would be charged €200. This felt a bit unfriendly — almost like a threat. It might be helpful for the staff to rephrase this message in a more welcoming and polite way

Very pleasant except the small things mentioned above
Pros: Everything from pots to dishwasher to dish soap was available in the kitchen, making it very convenient. It had all the facilities a person could need during their stay. Location was good too. Close to city centre and 20 min walk to cathedral and Luís bridge
Cons: One of the main blinds won’t open,hindering the view. The balcony door was not locking properly. There was bright green broom right in the balcony window , which looked very unpleasant. Also , the check in time was 3 which is really late , given people travel to the city in the morning and need a place to leave their luggage at least. Their luggage storing facility was entirely on another venue, hence not practical at all.

A nice comfy stay to relax
Pros: The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. The bed and sofa were comfortable. There was plenty of light to make the space feel warm and welcome.
Cons: I initially thought this was the apartment from the photos since I've stayed there sometimes. To my shock It wasn't. I then realized there are two apartments, one has balcony, the other doesn't. Oh well, next time I must make sure it doesn't have a balcony.

Pros: Location was perfect,close to everywhere,it was very easy for us to access good restaurants,cafes and places to see in Porto with our 11 year old daughter. Both the bed and the sofa was comfortable The place was clean,everything was new,definitely stay again

Pros: Location was perfect! An easy walk to everything with a supermarket just opposite and on a street full of amazing art galleries and art shops and a mouthwatering pizza place at the end of the street. Half way through our stay (6 days in total) at the apartment they came and changed the sheets and restocked the toiletries and towels - was a lovely touch. Quiet area with a good view from the balcony. Even the sofa bed was comfy!

Pros: В апартаментах есть все: посуда, мыльные принадлежности, кондиционер, телевизор, балкон. На кухне можно приготовить как кофе, так и запечь ужин в духовке. Удобная чистая кровать. На террасе можно посидеть и выпить чашечку кофе под пение птиц. В доме есть лифт. Кондиционер включала периодами, так очень быстро нагревал воздух и было комфортно. Есть дополнительные одеяла, подушки.
Cons: При заселении был неприятный запах. Но я так понимаю это проблема не квартиры, а всего дома. Видимо старые трубы. Потом запах исчез.
