Nomad's Bonjardim City Flats

Pros: I loved the location as you got to experience the local side of Porto, the balcony was great to chill and take in the views. The studio was compact, but perfect for my needs. Clean, modern and had all the essentials. The communication with the host was really good, clear and detailed.

Cons: You can hear the neighbours walking up the stairs as they are wood, so it echoes, but that's all.

Pros: Fully equipped apartment, kitchenette with all necessities, washing machine with 3 washing tabs (we stayed 3 nights). Nice balcony. Great responsive communication. Easy check in (self check in using a smart lock)

Cons: We stayed in the top floor apartment where the bed is in the loft which has a low ceiling, we had no issues with it, though claustrophobic persons should keep this in mind.

I really enjoyed my stay, the location was nice in a walkable distance from the city center and next to the metro.

Pros: The check in was very easy and comfortable with a lockbox. The flat was small but nice and clean.

Cons: The dishes could have been cleaner.

Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nomad's Bonjardim City Flats & and would stay again on my next time to Porto without hesitation. The apartment is lovely and comfortable, in an area that's convenient to the metro; walkable to the river, restaurants, and attractions; and has a wonderful neighborhood vibe. The Nomads personnel were attentive, helpful, and had excellent communication with me prior to and after my stay. The apartment really was perfect for my stay, and I highly recommend it if you are traveling to Porto.

Pros: La tranquillité du logement, bien situé, pas loin du métro pour aller dans le centre ville. Le resto en bas de la rue est très bon.

Cons: Il manque un rideau occultant sur le velux de la chambre

Pros: Très bien l’appartement : propre, bien équipé, et une bonne communication avec l’équipe de Nomads Bonjardim Flats. À 5 minutes du métro Trindade et environ 30 minutes à pied du centre de Porto. À part cela, très bon endroit, central et sûr.

Cons: Le point négatif de l’appartement que nous avons eu est le manque d’isolation sonore avec l’appartement du dessus : on entendait les pas et le grincement du bois pendant la nuit, ce qui rendait le sommeil difficile. Conseil : apporter des bouchons d’oreilles.

Pros: La propreté,l'équipement complet et le petit plus lorsque je suis arrivé la climatisation était en fonctionnement et l'appartement était frais et c'était une délicate intention. La possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors côté jardin. Et n'oublions la communication avec l'établissement qui est top. Ils prennent des nouvelles pour savoir si tout se passe bien et ils conseils également sur les sorties à faire. Je réitère c'est vraiment top.

Cons: J'étais au rendez de chaussée et la porte principale avait du mal à fermée. Les autres locataires devaient la claquer à plusieurs reprises pour qu'elle ferme. Donc réveils intempestifs.

Relax y comodidad en Oporto

Pros: La cama, el jardín, tener dos baños y todo lo necesario en la cocina para estar varios días. A un paseo corto al centro en un barrio tranquilo con todo lo imprescindible.

Cons: Si eres sensible para el ruído, se escucha al resto de huéspedes de los pisos superiores del edificio entrar y salir.

バルコニーから見える街の景色が最高。バルコニーで食事やお茶を愉しみたい場合は、メゾネットルームがオススメ。ポルトの街の中心部にも歩いて行け、地下鉄駅も近く、オーガニック専門店も近所にあり、立地もいい。

Pros: バルコニーからの景色が最高。 キッチンの設備とバルコニーのスペースが充分あるので、作った食事をバルコニーからの素晴らしい景色と共に何度も愉しむことが出来ました。 不明な点の問い合わせや、私の不理解に対して誠実に優しくやり取りしてもらえたのもありがたかったです。

Cons: 何度か頭を寝室の梁でぶつけたこと。ご注意ください😉 エレベーターはないので、重すぎるスーツケースの移動は心してください。
