Pros: The thoughtful gestures such as a bottle of wine, coffee capsules, a map of the city. Very helpful and appreciated.

Cons: The bedroom was a little small so we had to be very careful not to bang the door on the bed everytime we opened it.

Great location

Pros: The apartment has a very convenient location, a few minutes walking from Trindade station where the airport train stops. In the area there are plenty of good restaurants and pubs. It is a short walk from all the highlights of Porto and it feels less touristy than some other areas we visited. It was comfortable for 3 people especially because we were out most of the day. We noticed that the kitchen was very basic equipped which was not a problem for us since we were eating out.

Pros: Great location, apartment was well set out with all facilities, very quiet.

Cons: Communication with host was conflicting, different answers to same question, which was confusing. Unable to receive apartment instructions due to link being removed constantly. We were unable to access link.

Pros: The apartment was gorgeous! We had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We stayed during Christmas so we wanted to cook, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We also had a welcoming gift from the host, and some samples of salt, pepper, and oil. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The positioning was really good, we could come back easily to let some shopping bags if we wanted to and it was pretty close to a lot of sightseeing. Also, we did not have problems with the noise from the bar in front of us because the windows insulated the sound quite well, and the apartment had thick night curtains for the strong street lighting.

Cons: Nothing to say.

Really enjoyable stay. Porto a lovely city.

Pros: Well located; spacious, modern and bright; excellent communication about checking-in. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early. Close to the metro station, a supermarket and in the middle of a restaurant area. Excellent double glazing to keep the noise out.

Cons: An air conditioner would be good (The windows have to be closed at night because of the street noise, which makes the apartment very hot). They do, however, provide a fan which helps.

Pros: Communication with hosts was excellent and to the minute. Attention to detail was fantastic, you're even provided with capsules for the coffee machine (one per day and guest) and the kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances. Location is excellent and cleanliness is top

Cons: Very few and small issues due mainly to usage that don't interfere in the quality of stay; a clip in the shower is broken, so it doesn't slide up and down and one of the doors in the wardrobe doesn't roll as it should

Pros: Ottima posizione, vicina a diversi servizi per poter vivere e visitare la città

Cons: Purtroppo la zona giorno e il divano in particolare non erano del tutto puliti. C'erano tracce come capelli sul pavimento e andrebbe migliorata la pulizia delle superfici del divano contentando che può essere usato come letto.

Pros: L’appartement est top, propre très fonctionnel, agréable. Le lieu est parfait pour se promener en ville. De très bons restaurants aux pieds de l'immeuble.
