Absolutely fabulous apartment

Pros: Great location about 15 min walk from the old town. Close to hop on bus and scenic tram. Apartment was really big and the rooms were nice and dark and in the back of the apartment away from any noise of the street. Beds were extremely comfortable, slept great there. Two big bathrooms with nice showers. Staff very helpful. Really beautiful apartment with everything needed. Excellent value for money. Laundry pods were a nice touch. This was honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed.

Cons: Like other reviews mentioned the washing machine locked up but it was resolved by reading the guide.

It was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Will definitely book it again.

Lovely, spacious apartment on the river

Pros: It was a very comfortable modern apartment with a really spacious feel to it. Right on the river with public transport passing close by. Lift access to upper floors. Staff available on site to assist if required.

Great stay

Pros: The staff were absolutely lovely and easy to contact by phone. They were really helpful. We stayed as a group of three friends and we found all the beds were very comfortable. There are blackout curtains, which is a nice touch. The area is quiet and peaceful and the historic tram is easy to catch just outside. The walk along the Douro to the central bridge is absolutely glorious. We would all happily return. Thanks to all the staff.

Great stay

Pros: Location central to Porto. Modern and clean. Easy access. Dining living area was great... lots of room. Included breakfast was awesome.

Cons: Poor lighting. No control over air con. Change of towels during our 5 day stay would have been good. Doors between bedroom and hallway and bedroom and bathroom didn't close properly. Lack of mirrors in the bedroom.

Design apartment, new and well equipped

Very comfortable apartment. Good size for 5. Easy access to the centre of Porto.

Pros: Very clean. Spacious. Nice modern bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Well located, 15 minute walk to centre of Porto. Also near tram stop if you want to take the tram to the beach. Parking available at 10€ per night.

Cons: Living room and kitchen did not have enough light. Not enough lamps or overhead light.

Lovely place to stay as a family

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation with my two young children, and it worked perfectly for our needs. The space was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and move around comfortably. It was well-equipped with all the essentials needed for self-catering, which made our stay even more convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a comfortable, home-like stay. I’ll be returning in the future!

Cons: I did find the street noise to be a bit disruptive when sleeping in the living room, as the sounds from the street were quite audible. Despite this, it didn’t significantly affect our overall experience, and I’d still consider staying here again.
