Pros: Place is superb. Loved the area. Wonderful renovated. Cosy! great host!. It's not directly in the city centre but everything is in walking distance. Fruit store , local Cafes and butchers everything around the corner. Go buy at the local stores!

Cons: Le canapé lit le canapé lit n’est pas un canapé lit ,c est un petit canapé qui se rabat très inconfortable pour juste un enfant et pas deux comme indiqué. Nous étions 6, 2 couples 2 enfants de 12 ans nos enfants ont du dormir par terre sur un sur matelas qu il y avait sur place Très belle appartement pour 4 uniquement

Excellent apartment

Pros: We stayed for almost two weeks in this first floor loft apartment. It's very comfortable and just as the pictures show. The owners are very kind and helpful. The neighbourhood of Gaia is fantastic, not touristy, beautiful views from Jardim do Morro, and quiet so you'll get a good night's sleep. Shops and services are all within walking distance. We definitely recommend this property.
