The best!

Pros: The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But the best part is the view of the river and the Old Town. I recommend this apartment to everyone.

Lovely stay in Porto

Pros: Bright, nice and clean flat with amazing view from the balcony and very convenient location. Excellent communication with the host, tasty compliment on our arrival.

Perfect stay in Gaia!

Pros: Very clean, great location, top level kitchen appliances. Also the nearby Italian Restaurant and pastry shop were fabulous.

Cons: First day apt smelled

Pros: It is a clean, comfortable space. It is well furnished in a quiet building.the kitchen equipment was adequate for a short visit.The apartment is equipped with washer, a hob, and a dishwasher. there are 2 space heater if needed. the wind through the slider doors provided any needed cooling.

Cons: there was no oven. I have old eyes. Light bulbs were not functional or not enough fixtures. This is a trick of a cheap landlord saving money where it won't hurt HIM. I decided to stay here for the affordability, availability, space, and the view. It isn't the Continental or the Ritz. Nonetheless, the bathroom needs all lights working, because it is a cave. If I stayed longer, I would have bought my own light bulbs. There was a battery operated light at the mirror. Guess what? Dead batteries. But they were free of charge. Not the Continental hotel. I would stay here again.

Maravilloso apartamento en Gaia.

Pros: El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y se encuentra ubicado en un lugar muy cercano a la zona turística de Oporto sin los inconvenientes que tiene estar en el centro. Hay establecimientos de todo tipo en la misma calle del alojamiento. Parking de pago cercano (bien de precio). Muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda, las vistas maravillosas.

Cons: Nada.

We loved it and would be happy to go back!

Pros: The apartment was comfortable, and having a balcony at both ends meant we could always have a wonderful view and a breeze! The kitchen was well supplied. The Homeit phone app worked well, and it was nice to have a key for backup. The location of the apartment was so convenient- subway and trains, bakeries and restaurants all within a block. We liked having very quick access to downtown Porto, while being away from the busiest streets.

Cons: Some of the nights were cool- there’s only 1 space heater- suggest a second one be provided.

Pros: Situado cerca del centro y del puente Luis I y con unas vistas impresionantes del rio Duero, las fotos que subo son desde el balcón de la HABITACIÓN

Pros: 상벤투역 근처를 숙소로 많이잡으시던데 장단점이 있는 것 같습니다. 전 한가로운 숙소를 선호하기 때문에 조금 멀리떨어진곳에 잡았는데 후회없는 결정이었구요, 숙소에서 바라보는 뷰가 정말좋았습니다.

Cons: 뜨거운물이 빨리떨어져서 깜짝놀랬습니다. 미리공지해주시면 좋을것 같아요~수건도 좀더 많았으면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Schönes Appartement mit tollem Flussblick gegenüber von Porto, nahe der Ponte Dom Luis I

Pros: Schönes Appartement in Vila Nova de Gaia. Nur wenige Minuten von der Ponte Dom Luis I entfernt. Das Appartement ist im 8. Stock und es ist recht leise. Nur die vorbeifahrende Stadtbahn hört man etwas - das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Es gibt 2 kleine Balkone: Einen mit Blick auf die Hauptstraße, das ist nicht so aufregend. Dafür ist der Ausblick auf den Fluss vom 2. Balkon aus wirklich wunderschön! Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Vor unserer Ankunft haben wir über Whatsapp sehr detailliert Auskunft über Check In/Türcode,.. erhalten. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super, hat sogar während unseres Aufenthalts nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Also alles Bestens!

Cons: Mir fällt nichts negatives ein.
