Great location, excellent accommodation

Beautiful apartment with spectacular view!

Pros: To start with, 296 Heritage Apartment is beautiful apartment located with spectacular view of Porto and beautiful Douro River. It comes with super delicious spread of breakfast. Location is fantastic with all the nicest food and stalls selling very unique Portugal items along the river. And Fatimah is amazing at the reception, super cheerful and kind to the needs of the customer, extremely customer focus which made our stay a most magnificent one! Will certainly come back to stay if we return to Porto!

Pros: The location of the property is perfect, right on the bank of the Duoro River and close to the restaruants, wine bars, and markets. We enjoyed having a room which faced the river and provided a great place to relax while enjoying the view and goings on of other holidaymakers below. It's also very well equipped and spacious which made it a comfortable space to unwind after spending time exploring Porto and the rest of the area

Wonderful Place to stay.

Pros: Location is amazing perfect to get around Porto and Gaia. The apartment had everything you need for your stay. Exceptionally clean,perfect soundproofing, never heard a thing from the busy street below. Staff were amazing, Sofia and Fatima made my partners birthday very special, with a surprise in our Apartment on arrival. Breakfast served in your room was plentiful, fresh, and slightly different every day..wonderful place to stay highly recommend looking at going back June next year.

Cons: Nothing, just perfect.

Brilliant location and service in the heart of Nova Gaia.

Pros: Staff were beautiful helpful and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: The WiFi was really bad. When international guests come they don’t want internet issues. Also the TVs need to be smart Tv so guest can log into their own personal Netflix account.

3 bedroom Gorgeous stay in Gaia

Pros: The location was right in Gaia and the rooms 2nd and 3rd floor were so comfortable and quiet 95 % of the time. Surprising when you walk out to the busy street. We had 3 rooms which were all very spacious. The breakfast provided to your rooms was generous and tasty. The reception staff were so helpful and accommodating. I would stay there again.

Cons: Air con was needed but one with temperature control would have been preferred.

Pros: I was greeted with truly exceptional hospitality! The atmosphere was kind, cheerful, and incredibly attentive to my needs. I immediately felt at ease, just like home. And the breakfast was excellent too! I highly recommend this experience!

Superb stay in excellent location.

Pros: Superb location with views from the roof terrace excellent. Apartment very large. Staff superb notably the receptionist. Breakfast great (but too much food!). One thing just demonstrated outstanding service to us. It was our wedding anniversary during our stay - we had not notified the property about this, but I’m guessing they saw the anniversary cards we had opened in the room - because that evening the room had been decorated with flowers, fresh bath robes, two glasses of port and a personalised message. Simply exceptional and unexpected.

Absolutely unbelievable incredible gorgeous place!

Pros: It’s absolutely amazing, every single room was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotless, the location is absolutely fantastic, the views are all gorgeous. The best thing was the staff, every single person we saw or spoke to was so so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast is also incredible. Can’t thank everyone enough, this is one on my most favourite places I’ve ever stayed.

Cons: Nothing at all it’s absolutely perfect.
