Pros: Alvaro was very friendly - he met us when we arrived to give us the keys and explain everything, and also gave us transport and sightseeing tips. The apartment was lovely, with great views, and very clean.
Cons: There was really only enough hot water for one shower at a time, so with 4 people this took some planning.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, well equipped and warm. The owner, Alvaro, was very welcoming and helpful. We can recommend the restaurant Ze da Serra which is a 15mins walk.

Pros: It was a great place for a family of four to explore Porto, and Alvaro, the owner, was very attentive and accommodating. When I checked in, I was greeted with a basket of really delicious oranges as a welcome gift, which I tasted and was impressed with. Although little bit apart from the city centre, it was very cheap and convenient to get to different places using Uber or Bolt.
Cons: This may have been unrelated to this property, but the neighbour's dog barked frequently and was a bit noisy.

Pros: Location, facilities, equipment, furniture, beds mattresses and bedding quality, kitchen w full utensils, bathroom, washing machine available, very nice hot powerful shower. Last but definitely not the least the friendly helpful and kind guidance and assistance from Alvaro who went above and beyond !

Our stay was perfect. Loved the place and location. Very close to city center and the best sport for enjoying sunset.

Pros: Foi uma grata surpresa,. sendo até difícil começar a avaliação, pois Sr. Alvaro foi incrível durante toda a estadia, a casa possui uma excelente vista do Douro e está excepcionalmente equipada com tudo que se pode precisar durante a estadia, a cozinha é completa possuindo todos os utensilhos e equipamentos, o banheiro e o chuveiro são grandes, internet de alta velocidade que deu para trabalhar e assistir filmes em streaming na TV da sala, as camas e travesseiros são confortáveis e estavam impecavelmente limpos com cheiro de recem lavados, com uma grande quantidade de cobertores extras também limpos e à disposição, muitos folhetos com instruções e opções de turismo, e o grande ponto forte: a localização da casa, fácil de achar vaga para estacionar, e a poucos minutos de caminhada da Ponte de ferro entre Gaia e Porto, há algumas quadras de vários mercados, etc. (Ou seja, melhor que muito hotel por aí)

Uitstekend ontvangen en fantastisch verblijf!
Pros: Uitstekende locatie! De locatie van deze accommodatie is echt een grote troef. Alles wat je nodig hebt is vlot bereikbaar, of je nu te voet, met het openbaar vervoer of met de wagen reist. De omgeving is rustig en aangenaam, maar tegelijk dicht bij bezienswaardigheden en gezellige eetgelegenheden. Het is de ideale uitvalsbasis om de buurt te verkennen én om nadien helemaal tot rust te komen. Absoluut een aanrader voor wie comfort en een goede ligging belangrijk vindt!
