New Douro 801 with parking

Well located and comfortable

Pros: The apartment is well located, allowing you to go on foot to the historical center (return uphill but doable). Access by car is also good, in spite of the huge road construction works in the area. You have a beautiful view of the city, bridge and river. Air conditioning throughout the house. New building, kitchen and bathroom have good amenities. Perfectly clean.

Cons: Bad soundproofing, you could hear everything from the bathrooms and adjoining bedroom. The living room sofa is insufficient for 4 people. The pre-check in process is tedious, you have to fill in a form with the identity details for all the guests (they actually request a copy of the id documents and a photo, which ai think is illegal in Portugal!), that creates a Pdf document that they should receive automatically (in our case they didn’t so had make inquiries and eventually sent it by email). They were kind and allowed early check in, though. We had an issue with the codes on entering the apartment, we had to call the host to make it work, but they did, after 2 phone calls. There was a huge water leak in the living room ceiling. It didn’t affect us, but it was an eye sore and it raises concerns about moisture levels and potential mould.

Pros: A very spacious, comfortable apartment with 2 balconies. It had everything we needed for our week.

Cons: It was in the middle of a building site which we didn't know about before we arrived late at night. It wasn't a problem for us because we were out sightseeing all day. Very little noise was heard. The beds were very comfortable but we struggled to find the right pillow 😁 minor enough detail

Pros: Nice apartment with everything you need, located in a new building. Everything inside is very new — furniture, kitchen, bathroom, bed, etc. The only downside is that the building is surrounded by active construction sites. However, the bedroom windows face the central part of the Porto with a beautiful view, and no construction noise can be heard from that side. So it wasn’t a big issue. Great value for money. Parking was also included, although a bit inconvenient parking spot.

Cozy, modern, relaxing.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful modern apartment. The interior is stylish and clean, with a great layout. The kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for cooking meals at home. I especially appreciated the two modern bathrooms — very comfortable and convenient. Everything was exactly as described, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay.

Cons: The downside is the construction around the building.

great view to Porto and Vila Nova De Gaia.

Pros: New and cosy. Balcony with great view to Porto and Vila Nova De Gaia. Really quite close to the portwine cellars. Parking in the garage. You will have all you need for self-catering and for cleaning (also vacuum cleaner).

Cons: Good to know: all around is large and extensive constructionworks. No chance to have a peaceful walk, Pingo Doce is available, but due to the constructionworks better by car. Balcony is separated from neighbors by the tight net – so you are on your own balcony but you can see your neighbours. Washing machine is available but not in the apartement (somewhere in the building for additional fee). Aircon is good in bedrooms but not enough for large dining room if you want the warmer room. Terrace view is right to the constructions.

Würde ich jederzeit wieder kommen

Pros: Praktisch neue Wohnung und Super Aussicht mit Parkplatz (Auto max 190 cm hoch steht geschrieben aber es geht auch ein 2 Meter hohe Autos rein zum Beispiel VW Bus natürlich auf eigenes Risiko auf den Parkplatz Nr 801 wo für diese Wohnung gratis reserviert ist) in Tiefgarage und in 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Stadt am Fluss unten.

Cons: Wird momentan viel gebaut in der Umgebung

Séjours excellent

Pros: L’appartement est spacieux, très propre. Le parfait c’est le parking dans l’immeuble. Le propriétaire est réactif.

Cons: C’est un peu mal desservi mais proche de tout. Il faut une voiture.

Pros: A localização é excecional com vistas para a cidade do Porto como há em poucos lugares. O apartamento é muito moderno, confortável e equipado com tudo o que é necessário.

Cons: É necessário preencher um formulário para a reserva que é muito extenso e está constantemente a falhar, tive de enviar os dados por e-mail porque a plataforma era muito fraca. Além disso, enviaram os códigos de entrada depois da hora de check in o que me fez ficar à espera dos mesmos para dar entrada no apartamento.

Pros: Espaço moderno, limpo, em zona tranquila e perto de comércio e serviços

Magnifique appartement avec belle vue sur Porto

Pros: Très bel appartement climatisé avec magnifique vue sur Porto. La place de parking dans l'immeuble est très appréciable

Cons: Pas de machine a laver mais une laverie payante dans l'immeuble avec app a installer.
