A fabulous base from which to explore and enjoy Porto

Pros: A very comfortable and well located property from which to explore the historic centre of Porto, with a friendly and helpful host.

Pros: Guesthouse is very spacious and kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms are big with 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom on each floor. Very quiet location with no road noise but close enough to walk to the main centre in 10-15 mins

Cons: Beds were a bit creaky but they were very comfortable and this didn’t affect a good nights sleep

Perfect for larger group

Pros: The guesthouse is suitable for larger group (8 people), located near the city center, walking distance from all main attractions, very close to restaurants, shops, supermarket etc. Apartment itself is well equipped, spacious rooms. Double bathrooms, extra toilet and the terras. Fernando the host communicated before arrival and on departure, and was very helpful. As we have travelled during a winter break, the heating was also availble.

A splendid place to stay: in walking distance of the historic centre and transport to get around.

Pros: Neat, smart little house, well appointed, and with a terrace to have breakfast or an evening glass of wine. It was cool to return to after a hot day out. Lots of wood. Great to have two bathrooms plus a toilet downstairs. Host is most agreeable and very helpful.

Cons: More comfy chairs to sit on in the lounge and relax.

Grande appartamento vicino al centro

Pros: La posizione è perfetta, vicinissima al centro con tutto il visitabile raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento si distribuisce su tre piani ed è così composto: - al piano terra: cucina/soggiorno e un bagno - al primo piano: due stanze da letto e un bagno - al secondo piano: due stanze da letto e un bagno. La casa ha un sapore un po' vintage ma i bagni sono nuovi. Gli spazi sono comodi (noi eravamo in 6 e siamo state bene). È molto silenziosa e ha spazi esterni da utilizzare in estate. Fernando, il padrone di casa, è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli (apprezzatissimi i ristoranti indicati).

Cons: La pulizia della zona cucina non era perfetta. Qualche elettrodomestico andrebbe sostituito (bollitore in primis). Carta igienica insufficiente. Non c'è il riscaldamento.

Pros: Super dom z 4 sypialniami i 3 łazienkami spełni oczekiwania najbardziej wymagających podróżników. Miejsce znajduje się w pobliżu centrum, do którego w kilkanaście minut można dojść pieszo. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia umożliwia przygotowanie posiłków na ciepło. Łazienki także bez zarzutu. Dodatkowym atutem jest taras wewnętrzny, który umożliwia np. kawkę na świeżym powietrzu.

Pros: We loved everything about 107 Rosario Guesthouse. From before we ever arrived and the outstanding communications to being greeted on checkout. The accommodations were exceptional on every level.

Cons: Nothing. I put a lot of time planning my trips and especially my accommodations. I wish every stay was as good as this one. I'll be back.

Pros: Cumplió expectativas el espacio de la casa, y su ubicación a 10 minutos andando del centro, y con todos los servicios cercanos( restaurantes, supermercados, parking )
