Nice value for money

Pros: The room was nice and spacious with windows and mini balcony. Very good location, close to the city centre.

Cons: Walls are very thin, you can hear everything outside the building and all your neighbours. Day time receptionist was really nice, but nighttime one was quite rude

Great accommodation in Porto

Pros: Excellent location - a few minutes from Sao Bento Station and Bridge Ponte Louis I. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reception is open 24h. The room was perfect for me - it is not a Sheraton hotel, of course, but for such a good price, such a perfect location in the center of Porto and the offered conditions of accommodation I really liked everything and I would return here again during my next stay in Porto. I sincerely recommend 'Residencial Porto Novo'.

Nice, comfortable stay

Pros: It was a nice stay, the room was very clean, description and pictures were accurate. In the common area there was a microwave, fridge and basic kitchenware. The staff was friendly. I could work comfortably and sleep well. Recommended.

Cons: If there was an extension cord near the bed, that would be great.

Pros: We were very happy with out room. The bathroom was small, but comfortable.

Cons: I struggled a bit with the key to the room...until I got the knack of it.

Pros: The team who work here are fantastic 👏 Very professional and really helpful. The accommodation was very clean. The laundry service was great and fairly priced. The location is great for getting around central Porto. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations and was great value for money. Would book again next time I'm in Porto without hesitation.

Cons: The accommodation is next to a busy road so it can be a little bit noisy at night. However, if you're choosing to come for a trip to the city, you know to expect that! Cities can be noisy places, especially at times of the year when there are lots of tourists, many of whom drink too much. I would avoid booking on weekends during high peak holiday times if you prefer to see the city when it is quieter and with fewer people. The hotel itself is quiet and relaxing and the staff manage noise levels from guests very effectively and enforce a quiet time after 22.30.
