Pros: The location is great, 3 min away from the bus, metro and railway station. 1 stop (4 minutes) from the Sao Bento by the suburb train - you can use the same Andante card as for the buses and the subway. This is extremely convenient for the travelling around Porto: using Flixbus we visited Aveiro and Braga, leaving the apartment only 30 minutes before the bus departure time. The accomodation was VERY clean, it has literally everything you might need - especially for those who travel light. Even the milk for make up removal!! 2 floors - the ground floor is the kitchen combined with the living room, the first floor is the bedroom with a balcony. The space is very well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, that allow you to cook everything you want - there are oil, salt, pepper and some other spices, so you don't need to think about this stuff. Self check-in was nice and easy. Rita and César stayed in touch with us all the time whenever we had questions.
Cons: The view out of the window is not the best one, but I must say that it didn't affect our impression. Also please note that all supermarkets/convenient stores close very early in the neighborhood, so please plan your shopping accordingly. Other that that - everything was great.

Pros: Для розуміння, я людина , яка відвідала більше 30 країн просто в захваті з цього помешкання! 1️⃣Організація - найвищий рівень , все для комфортного проживання, максимально обладнана кухня, ванна кімната, АПТЕЧКА(що не в кожному готелі зустрінеш, не кажучи в апартаментах) 2️⃣Ідеальна чистота 3️⃣Привітання від господарів з днем народження, та приємні сюрпризи при заїзді , дуже вам вдячна ✨

Pros: Einrichtung,Ausstattung der Küche, Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln,dass man 2 Bäder hatte,Begehbarar Kleiderschrank :)
Cons: Die Betten ,zwei Einzelbetten(aufstellbares Federbett)waren leider sehr unbequem,hart und haben bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht!! Für einen längeren Aufenthalt leider nicht geeignet!!Sonst war alles perfekt so wie es war!!

Pros: A kiadó nagyon kedves volt, kaptunk meglepetést is. Minden ki van írva, tágas és jól felszerelt. Patyolat tiszta.
Cons: A lakásban kicsit dohos szag érezhető, illetve a környék nem túl bizalomkeltő sajnos. Két este a szomszéd kutya illetve a szomszédok kiabáltak késő este.

Ideaal gelegen, gemeubelde en uitgeruste studio
Pros: Ideale ligging, nabij winkels, bakkerij, restauranten, trein (4 minuten traject naar Sao Bento), metro (rechtstreeks naar Matosinhos stranden), bus.... Vreemd (maar veilig) steegje maar eenmaal binnen is alles zeer goed bedacht, proper, aangenaam en smaakvol, en vooral super-uitgerust. Er was wel wat riolengeur in de WC beneden maar niets abnormaal (we gebruikten de tweede WC boven). Pasteis de Nata bij aankomst erg gewaardeerd. De airco werkte heel goed.

Groot en zeer schoon appartement tegen over openbaar vervoer
Pros: Erg schoon, goede indeling , goede ontvangst, genoeg handdoeken ligt in een rustige omgeving. Tegenover openbaar vervoer, in 5 minuten met de trein in centrum Porto.
Cons: Ligt niet op loop afstand van het centrum. Omgeving is wat rommelig
