Fantastic stay, fantastic host, would highly recommend

Pros: Loved the location of property and it was quirky, also loved the terrace

Cons: Noise from dogs barking but that can’t be helped in a city

A warm welcome to a lovely little house near the river and city centre

Pros: Our host, who lives in same street I think, met us and explained everything including local sites - there was even free mini bottles of port! The house is very nice with good facilities including coffee and washing machines and a yard. The street is very quiet but also super close to the river and city centre sites. Would definitely recommend

Pros: A wonderful house in a very good location in Porto. The owner was very nice and helpful with good advice for eating out etc. The house is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Family stay.

Pros: Apartment was really beautiful. Comfortable beds, really good shower. Very well equipped kitchen and lovely patio area. Location is perfect for crossing into Porto and really nice to stay in Gaia.

Cons: A little noisy from the road and neighbours dog as we had to have windows open at night due to heat.

Pros: Everything: the house, the patio, the location, the great communication, the comfy beds, the decoration, we highly recommend this property 😊 We were 3 adults and the property was perfect for us!

Pros: Great space and connections to city center , warm welcoming , great host and friendly, explain all details about the house and the city

Pros: The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished. The terrace is beautiful and the location is great.

Wonderful house, I hope someday we can return to Porto, if so, we definitely hope we can stay here again!

Pros: Super location! Really comfortable, pleasantly decorated with plenty of room. Our host, Adelino, was wonderful. He went over and above expectations to help get us settled. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by, as well as the metro stop was only 5 minutes away.

Cons: Basically none, only small comment is that the floor was cold all the time (bring some slippers or warm socks). It was winter when we stayed so not totally unexpected. Not a complaint, just a comment.

Pros: 친절하고 응대가 빠른 호스트, 4인 가족이 묵기에 딱 좋은 크기의 방과 침구들, 전용 파티오, 동루이스 다리와 모루 정원에서 가까워서 관광객이 몰리는 시간대를 피해 수시로 전망을 감상하러 나가기 용이함.

Fantastic stay - would love to return

Pros: Simply fantastic. Cozy house in a perfect location to explore all of the Porto area. Easy access to the bridge to Porto and to public transit. Plenty of space in 2 bedrooms, a nice living room and a spacious kitchen. Excellent mattresses and high quality bed, bath and kitchen linens. These hosts have thought of every small thing to make it comfortable like throw blankets, power at bed side, etc. Kitchen even has a variety of baking dishes which is so rare in vacation rentals. Lots of kitchen counter space and a large kitchen table make meal prep easy. Nice terrace for good weather days. Good windows and three mini splits made it comfortable even though it was cold and rainy for much of our multi week stay. House was spotlessly clean. Adelino met us when we arrived and was so kind and helpful including giving great advice on the area. Simply a great stay.

Cons: Somehow we missed in the photos that the refrigerator is an under counter rather than a full size. It is fairly large for an under counter but those who want to cook should plan accordingly. Fortunately, supermarkets, produce vendors, etc are only a very short walk away.
