Pros: The kitchen and the bathroom were really clean and good. It has everything you need and there was a terrace. The bed was confortable and it has a space for reiki/meditation. It is bright. The host was friendly and kind. I can recommend it!

Cons: The view.

Pros: We really liked the place and our incredible host Kai!!! Everything was tidy and clean, really comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, we truly felt at home! Porto is beautiful, if only we could stay longer!

Pros: We loved having a calm and sunny breakfast on the terrace. The apartment is a bit further away from the Ribeira which means the streets are quiet at night, unlike the area closer to the city center. Getting in and out of the city center was pretty easy and Kai (the host) explained the options to us when we first arrived. It was a very nice stay over all!

Pros: A great quiet clean place. We had breakfast on the veranda, it was very nice. Kai is a very friendly, open and kind person🫶 The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal🥰 There is also a great place for meditation and yoga classes🙏🏽 We recommend it!

Pros: The accommodation was a nice space, very clean and tidy, and had most things we needed for a comfortable stay. Self check-in was easy however, the host could have prepared more information about checking-in for us in advance.

Cons: The room we stayed in could have done with an extra table - we had one tiny bedside table to share only.

Great room in a calm location and with everything you need!

Pros: This looks like a newly refurbished apartment, it has a nice feel to it, really sunny and clean, with everything you need for a short or long stay. The host is very communicative and responsive. The flat has two rooms both with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen with a lovely terrace. There's also a meditation room with a balcony. The location is really quiet and easy to reach from the train station by a 10min walk.

Cons: There's not much other than perhaps it would have been nice to have some toiletries. The other thing was that the people staying in the other room left the kitchen dirty both days we were there, but it didn't bother us as we only went there to sleep. I guess we were just unlucky about this, but the host said he would take care of this issue for the future.

Pros: It was wonderful staying at kai's place. We arrived with many bags and a baby and he was very pleasant and helpful. The house has very good energies and the studio was really nice space. Thank you again for everything 💜❤

Pros: This is a well-kept apartment with only two rooms, so minimal coming and going. As other reviewers have noted, Kai communicates very well and is a nice guy. He made sure I had all the info I needed to check-in successfully. Everything was clean and each room essentially has its own bathroom. The one I had was available to those who came for yoga, but I either missed the yoga people or they didn't show up during my stay. In either case, it's a nice bathroom.

Cons: The room with two twin beds, which is where I stayed, shares a wall with a neighbor who watches a lot of television. Others may not notice or even care much about that ambient noise, and it's not loud per se, but it was persistent enough to be a bit annoying for me.

Pros: La gentillesse de la femme de ménage et la bonne communication (par Sms) avec les propriétaires. La terrasse est un plus.

Cons: Cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous mais on peut signaler qu'il n'y a pas de salon : juste une chambre, une salle de bain et une cuisine partagée (le frigo est petit et il n'y a pas de micro-ondes).
