Definitely we will come back to the same location.
Pros: We stayed 6 days, the location was very good, at 5 min from metro station. It was very easy to access the building respectively the apartment/house via an access code, instead of keys. The house is very nice and clean, equipped with everything you need. The host responded very quickly to our questions. There are 2 supermarkets at 3-4 minutes from the house. The houses from the streets around are very nice as architecture.

Pros: It’s a great option for a short stay. The check-in is easy, the apartment was clean. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.
Cons: If you have a lot of luggage, then storage space may be limited. It was also a little loud in the morning, because of the construction work nearby. I know it’s temporary, but if you’re planning your stay soon, then I recommend taking earplugs with you.

Great for a city trip 😎
Pros: Units were spacious enough, really having all one might need. We were a group of 8 so we booked all 4 apartments and it was very easy to exchange amenities when needed (pillows, blankets…). But every apt had all it needed to have. Kitchens are also well equipped. Unit A seemed the largest, followed by B, D and lastly C. The common garden/sitting area was perfect for our bigger group. Staff was great and very helpful, responding very fast to messages.
Cons: Very thin walls, we could hear everything going on outside/ in neighboring flat. We were not home a lot so nothing else bothered us!

Good price to value stay!
Pros: We really enjoyed staying a little outside the main part of the city, and there were many things to do within easy walking distance, including historic Porto itself. It was an easy check-in process and the place was clean and exactly what we needed for our 2-night stay. There was a nice bakery and brewery with hidden beer garden nearby that we loved!
Cons: Although there was no room above ours, it sounded like people were walking above the house. It may have just been noises from the wind or temperature change, but it woke us up a few times.

Beautiful, Modern, Clean - would stay again!!
Pros: The apartment I stayed in (Rattan B) was beautifully decorated with excellent amenities, a modern kitchen and clean bathroom. Plenty space for a solo traveller and located in good walking distance of the city. The entrance to the property was secure and the outside patio area was a delight. Communication from the hosts was excellent (via WhatsApp) who responded to my queries quickly. Overall a really lovely stay - thank you!
Cons: Minimal street noise (easily fixed by closing windows and using aircon or ear plugs). The apartment has a on-street doorbell linked to a phone inside the property which someone rang several times in the middle of the night from the street - I’d advise future guests to unhook the phone from the wall to avoid this if you are not expecting guests as it is very loud and will disturb your sleep.

Pros: We are very satisfied with the accommodation. the apartment is cozy, very clean, has everything you need. The armchair in the kitchen turns into an extra bed.There was no problem with hot water. There were air conditioners in every room and a dehumidifier. The staff quickly answered questions in the chat. The location is excellent.
Cons: Twice a night, someone rang the intercom and woke us up (they pressed the button on the outside door from the street). The device cannot be turned off, but it is possible to pick up the handset at night and leave it hanging.

Czystość, nowe wnętrze, lokalizacja to atuty. Irytują drobne drobiazgi, które można poprawić niskim kosztem.
Pros: Czystość i dobra lokalizacja, możliwość szybkiego ogrzania mieszkania w okresie zimowym. Funkcjonalna łazienka i wygodne łóżko na górze.
Cons: Mimo dbałości o szczegóły są pewne braki. Np. brak wieszaków na kurtki przy wejściu. Byłem w okresie zimowym, padał deszcz, nie było gdzie powiesić kurtek. To samo w łazience- 1 wieszak na ręcznik. Przy 3 osobach trzeba robić odstępy w kąpieli bo bojler nie daje rady z ciepłą wodą dla 3 osób. Zameldowanie możliwe wyjątkowo późno, dopiero od godz. 16.00.

Bon séjour dans un quartier agréable
Pros: Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, l'agencement de l'appartement dans un cour intérieur, l'ameublement/l'équipement moderne.
Cons: Nous avons trouvé un seul crochet à l'intérieur de la salle de bains. Pourtant, on aurait aimé aérer nos vêtements/serviettes de salle de bain. Du coups, nous devrions improviser pour le faire. Vue la place très restreinte à l'etage où se trouve le lit double, cela n'était pas facile. D'ailleurs, on c'est demandé pourquoi il y avait des branchements pour la télé en face du lit, si le propriétaire n'a pas l'intention d'y installer une télé. Donc cette place pourrait servir pour d'autre chose.
