A charming apartment within walking distance of Sao Bento station

Pros: Set in a lovely historic building, the apartment has lots of charm and a really lovely view from the windows. The apartment was spacious, very good for a 4 night stay. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bedroom was upstairs and was very dark. The bathroom had no natural light and a very strange layout (the shower was terrible - the space was far too big, basically a shower fitting on the wall) While most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, when we advised that our train would arrive a couple of hours earlier than check in, the night manager advised we could book in early for an additional 50 euros! For 2 hours?? We declined to pay that but ironically our train was so late that we ended up arriving on time. Lucky we hadn’t paid that extra fee!

Great stay in Porto

Pros: Great location. Within 10 minutes walk to the Bridge and city centre. Awesome service and friendly staff. The room is clean and well maintained. Private parking - very safe

Cons: Nothing really but parking is very expensive. €27.5 per day

Pros: The staff were excellent, the property is in a great area for walking to many attractions and the apartment was roomy and very clean.

Not all bedding supplied to be able to use sofa bed

Pros: Location and friendly staff and excellent presentation of apartment

Cons: It was sold as a one bed apartment with sofa bed but as two ladies travelling we wished for our own beds and so had to pay another €40 for a sheet, pillow and duvet

Pros: Loved the furniture, very luxurious feeling, a great location to explore Porto by foot, next door to the Porto Catherdral which is amazing.. and amazing dining table for everyone

Cons: The only thing that bothered me a little was the stairs you need to climb each time to get to the entrance of the hotel.. but I knew about it before so it's okay

Amazing place for visiting beautiful Porto or luxurious base for digital nomads.

Pros: Spacious, well appointed, in an excellent location.

Cons: This is a superb property, with friendly staff who don’t intrude.

Cons: The booking was for a 1BR plus a pull out couch. When I requested the bed sheets for the couch, I was told that's not included and was charged 40 Euro. In my opinion this was not as advertised and that I paid for the entire room. This amount should be refunded accordingly. I am very disappointed by this and this would be the single reason to not recommend the hotel in the future. We stayed at 4 different spots and no other hotels charged for this.

Pros: The location was excellent. A few minutes walk to attractions, tour meeting points and restaurants. The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable.

Family holiday

Pros: Gorgeous accommodation. We were 4 adults staying and had so much space. We stayed in apartment 19 which i believe is the biggest and it was beautiful, clean and had everything you'd need Staff were lovely Super location

Cons: I think the price for the optional breakfast was way too steep and did miss having easy access to outside space like a balcony in such good weather but there is a garden

Pros: Spacious apartment (19) , perfect location to visit the main attractions of the city. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
