Pros: The apartments are very warm, clean and cozy. The owner is always in touch and happy to help. Yes, there is a metro station under construction near the house, but it is almost inaudible and does not interfere with rest. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are very satisfied, thank you André!

Pros: The apartment is wonderful, very cozy and clean and it is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances.. It is located within walking distance of Ribeira district and is very close to a bus stop.

Very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this apartment
Pros: Spacious, comfortable apartment in a great location, within walking distance from all of the major sights. Apartment was exactly as portrayed in the photographs, was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The host was very helpful, providing clear check in instructions and following up with us the next day to ensure that we were happy with the apartment. He also provided us with great recommendations for sightseeing and places to visit.
Cons: Nothing. There is construction work outside but it didn’t bother us.

Cons: It's a pity that the apartment isn't air-conditioned. It's comfortable nonetheless, but air conditioning would be useful on the hottest days of summer.

Great place to stay
Pros: The location is unbeatable, very close to all the attractions. Communication was very good and clear. Our plane landed an hour earlier! The hosts made the apartment available for us earlier that planned initially. The apartment is clean, modern, and comfortable. No regrets. We would come back!
Cons: There is construction going on in the city and in front of the apartment.

comfortable and great location
Pros: it was a very comfortable apartment with everything you need, the location is within walking distance of everything
Cons: there are extensive works being undertaken on the metro which was an inconvenience particularly when checking in. we had trouble finding the apartment and had to park and carry our luggage a little distance. once we managed to find the apartment it became quite easy. when the metro work is completed this apartment will be perfect

Pros: La zona , tranquila aunque actualmente hay una gran obra de metro, creo que se escucha. Limpio.
Cons: El sofa es como un sillón de castigo, el suelo de madera confortable pero despierta a los muertos del ruido que hace al pisarlo. Al ir al baño de noche despiertas a tu pareja y hasta los vecinos, igual q yo hescuchaba al otro apartamento. De madrugada incluso pensamos q habia alguien dentro. Cualquier luz comunica con el piso entero , es decir, enciendes la cocina y te da en la cara si estas dormido en el dormitorio, la cocina u cualquier luz, puesto que no tiene tabiques hasta el techo.

Céntrico, confortable.
Pros: La ubicación del apartamento muy buena, céntrico, limpio, fácil acceso. Está bien equipado, cuenta con cafetera nespresso, tostadora, microondas... Sin duda repetiríamos en el apartamento
Cons: Estaria genial un calefactor en el baño, el apartamento dispone de radiadores eléctricos pero dentro del baño no y tampoco es conveniente poner el radiador dentro La cama es cómoda, però un poco más grande lo agradeceríamos.
