Pros: Room is comfortable. AC broken. The house service arrange the other room for me.

Cons: Too cold in the room. Heating is not enough.

Pros: The location is excellent ,the size of the room, the facilities, very good bathroom, very good size and comfortable bed, very good communication with the staff, immediately upon telling them the air condition was not working he quickly brought up a heater to my room. on the 3rd day my coffee pods finished and they brought me more. there was nothing i could fault with this place

Cons: the fact that the air conditioner did not work, but they brought me a heater withing a few minutes.

Pros: Location is excellent, 10 minutes walking distance from most attractions. Room is super spacious and equipped with almost everything you need. It’s more a serviced apartment than a hotel room.

Cons: A bit low water pressure but nothing that you cannot live with 😉

Pros: The apartment is in the city centre, 3min walking from the Town Hall. It's in a complex that's like a hotel but without reception :D It is spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was big enough for 2, the bed was large and comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The self check-in and check-out was quick and easy and the host was very kind, willing to help and replied to our messages without delay. Definitely one of the best experiences on Booking/Airbnb we've had so far!

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, ascensor, nos dejaron café y galletitas de cortesía. Tenía una cocina con batería completa y el baño muy cómodo.

Cons: Da recepcionista. Muito antipática. Estamos numa cidade portuguesa e não fala português. Nem se esforça para o fazer. Pós muitos entraves para ser um check in presencial. Já que me estava a pedir muitos dados pessoais via internet os quais não sou obrigado a dar pela lei de proteção de dados. O que nunca me tinha acontecido em viagens em Portugal, já que sou português.

Pros: Ottima la posizione dell'appartamento, ti permette di girare tutta Porto a piedi. Vicino alla stazione ed al mercato. Lo consiglio.
