Thanks for giving us an experience to remember in our lives.

Pros: Staff professionalism, cleanliness, spacious room and convenient location. I am a regular Porto’s visitor due family commitments but this time it was a mixture of visiting my kids and introducing Porto to my partner. We could not have chosen better dates to make our Valentines stay magical. It meant a lot for me and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Certainly it will not be last! Best accommodation I have stayed over the last 18 years visiting the city. Every one went above and beyond to provide the best possible stay but if we have to mention someone it would have to be the bartender. Best prepared lemonades in town after 30k daily steps.

Cons: As a personal choice I would rather prefer having a bigger coffee cup in the room but that perhaps it’s a matter of a personal choice, other than that everything else was perfect.

Pros: Location is close to train station with bus into the old town right out front. Staff were very pleasant and all spoke English, which makes the whole experience easier.

Amazing - would stay again!

Pros: Hotel was really great - lovely rooms, very friendly staff, very tasty breakfast. We got a lot of value for money! Location was great for us, not too far by metro or taxi from any of the sights we wanted to see. We were a large group and the hotel staff were very helpful throughout the booking process with any questions I had.

Got sick, stayed in bed most of the time and having a kitchen with a fridge was a bonus at that time.

Pros: We had a nice little apartment. This will sound odd but I got sick and it was good to recuperate. Private and peaceful just like I needed. Easy walk to bars and restaurants, so yeah, good all round.

Cons: Na, nothing I can think of.
