Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and felt warmly welcomed from the very beginning. The staff was extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. I was greeted with a smile, and they kindly assisted me with my luggage, which made me feel comfortable right away. The reception team was very professional and friendly, always attentive and helpful with any questions. The atmosphere in the hotel was calm, warm, and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, tasty, and well organized, with a good variety of options to start the day in a positive way. It was clear that care and attention were given to guests’ comfort. Overall, the entire staff was wonderful, respectful, and genuinely kind. I truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent option near the station, perfect for a short stay

Pros: ABC Hotel Porto Campanhã is a very practical and comfortable choice, especially if you are arriving by train or planning a short stop in Porto. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good amenities and everything needed for a pleasant stay. It felt clean, functional and well organised. One of the biggest advantages is the location right next to Campanhã train station, which makes it extremely convenient for connections or an overnight layover.

Cons: The city centre is about a 40 minute walk away. The neighbourhood is not as picturesque as central Porto, but it feels safe and calm. The staff were super helpful and kind throughout the stay, always willing to assist with any questions. Overall, a very good option for convenience, comfort and easy access to transport. I would happily stay again for a layover or short visit.

Cozy and comfortable

Pros: Very comfortable rooms. Great staff. Very good breakfast. Close to train and bus station. Very clean.

Cons: The area around is not the most picturesque, on the other hand it's at walking distance from the city centre

Perfect stay!

Pros: We stayed in a double room, which was excellent, with a large, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The hotel staff were very pleasant, helping us with any questions we had and always staying in touch with us. I would also like to mention the wonderful and varied breakfast

Quiet hotel walking distance from main attractions in Porto

Pros: The location is quiet, about 20–30 minutes away from the main attractions in Porto. The room was clean.

Cons: The breakfast could have been more varied and of better quality; nothing changed over the course of four days.

Amazing and helpful staff, great location, great rooms. Overall great value for your money

Pros: Staff was splendid, location was great, the rooms were tidy, spacious, great amenities. Breakfast was simple, but well made and available until 11AM, a huge plus if you are travelling to rest a bit.

Cons: My only negative would be that the shower temperature would not be stable, it would randomly spike to super hot (we assume it happened when another room would flush the toilet, but no proof on our side) and then come back to what it was after a couple seconds. It was far from a big issue, but a bit annoying

Pros: My room had an amazing balcony with amazing city views!

Cons: The shower didn't work well, either you had cold water or boiling hot water! This is quite annoying during winter time!

Great central hotel. Very handy to the Central Train Station

Pros: Great central location, efficient check-in process and very helpful staff. The room was very clean and well equipped. It’s an easy walk to the central train station.

Cons: Some noise echoed up from the street at night.
