A gem of a place close to everything

Pros: We loved everything about this place. When we travel, we look for places that are close to almost everything, clean, compfy and affordable. This place had check marks everywhere. It was close to the train station, close to the metro, close to 2 grocery stores and close to a very good yet very simple restaurant. Since we are avid walkers and runners, all touristic sites were at a fairly good distance. We absolutely loved the vibe of the hotel...a combo of a minimalist/industrial design. For a couple who is 59 & 60 years old, this suited us fine. While we never used the other services of the hotel, I am sure they were excellent.

Cons: It's not that we didn't like something. We found it strange that nobody was at the front counter. Yet at the same time, we found that cool and none stressful.

Close to Heroismo

Pros: Friendliness and good hearts of the personel, very helpful and with top ideas for guests suffering a severe cold and spared to bring their own umbrella 🍵🍋☔ Strongly recommending a rise!! Modernity inside and out of the place while situated relunctantly enough to not dominating the area around and getting into way of the everyday life of the locals. Next metro station to Campanha intermodal for rapid trains and busses to and from Lisboa 🚄🚍Ⓜ️

Cons: A bit less of Latte-and-laptopism would not harm the modern and welcoming impression of the place ;-)

Pros: Super modern and clean room. Friendly and kind staff. One of the most beautiful hotel we have been.

Cons: A little bit far from the main center. But besides that super good.

Pros: Loved the design, everything is nice & clean. Close to a couple metro stations and walking distance to Porto’s downtown.

Good value eco hotel

Pros: The room is comfortable, large with a small kitchenette that was adequate for our needs. Small food store just up the road with a couple of restaurants within easy reach. It was good to have a washer and dryer available. The bar for a coffee or drink was welcome after walking all day. The bus was handy and likewise the metro which was a small walk away. It was an easy walk into town. Didn't hear the neighbours which you do in old buildings.

Cons: A little out of town for attractions but public transport is there to use.

Excellent location, comfortable room, and truly great customer service.

Pros: The room was clean, quiet, and equipped with basic amenities; the bed was comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the metro station, which makes city travel very easy. Breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel staff deserves special praise. We had a minor issue with the parking spot in the garage (due to a misunderstanding), but the gentleman at the reception quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. Truly great customer service that stood out.

Cons: On a slightly less positive note, the room was somewhat dark, and some additional towel hooks in the bathroom would be very helpful, as there is currently nowhere to hang a towel.

Comfy and relaxing

Pros: Very good selection, loved the pastries and mixed fruits

Lovely stay with pretty awful breakfast.

Pros: Comfortable bed & our room was well serviced. Nice pool area to sunbathe and a decent pool. Fairly good location with nearest Metro station being 5 minutes away, or you could walk to the start of the main centre in 20 minutes.

Cons: The taste of some of the food & lack of proper soft drinks. I’ve never come across a place that can get scrambled eggs wrong, I’ve no idea what ingredient(s) were used in making it but unfortunately it tasted awful, the same has to be said about the orange juice which was undrinkable. The bacon wasn’t any better either. The first day they had no “normal” teabags but on the next day there was English Breakfast which again was not drinkable. On the first day when checking in we had to wait for our room so we went to the cafe for a soft drink but all they had was organic coke or lemon, we both had the coke & again it was awful, I think we had two sips each & had to leave the rest it was that bad. I know it may be geared for that kind of “cuisine” but it has to cater for all sorts. All in all most of the staff were great & as I’ve said previously the cleaning of the rooms was excellent, for those think about staying here please be aware it is not what you would call an hotel, it is a co-working place for people to work from and therefore mainly “studenty!!!”

Pros: I loved the interior design, the pool was great! Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good!

Cons: There was a bit of mold in the shower

Pros: Modern and stylish hotel with a very friendly staff in a good location. Highly recommend to visit it and enjoy!

Cons: It will be good, if breakfast has some fresh vegetables.
