Nice and comfortable

Pros: Great, spacious hotel. Discreet, silent and very comfortable. Great location for all kind of transport around the city. Already a second time here and I have no idea to change the location for my next visit to Porto

Excellent - would stay again

Pros: C op Venner for Santander ferry and good location overlooking the lake. Arles was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. It was a shame we were there on a Sunday evening for dinner as we were the only ones eating and the food, whilst good, was a bit limited.

Pros: Located close to many restaurants and other activities

Cons: I tipped the cleaners of my room and they did not make a Towel Swan :(

V nice hotel, Perfect location, friendly helpful staff

Pros: The location was perfect, Metro station opposite but walkable to the centre aswell, the staff were so nice and friendly & v helpful..the breakfast was great loads of choice, had bar food one night and it was so nice, one of the nicest meals we had while there.

Cons: Nothing would recommend and would stay again.

Best hotel room and car park ever.

Pros: One of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in . We did have a junior suite but I’m sure all the rooms would have been good. It was clean, had everything you want in a room, bed comfortable. And the car park was the best garage we’ve been to , wide entrance and it was airy and car spaces spacious and so clean.
