Great place in Porto

Pros: The room was very nice and clean with everything you can need in your trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly, communicating everday to ask if I need anything. It is 30seconds walk to the area by the sea where you can eat, drink and have a nice walk. There are shops and restaurants everywhere and also bus stops are just in front of the building.

Perfect for a solo traveller

Pros: This apartment is in the perfect location for a solo traveller. Close to the river, bars and restaurants, in a busy but quiet location, and so easy and safe to get to even at night. The apartment was generally well equipped (huge bath towels, good hairdryer, shutters which make it pitch black, huge fridge and freezer, washing up stuff, detergents for washing machine and dishwasher, bottle of water provided - but tap water is safe to drink). The bed was really comfortable. Hot shower with good pressure. I only heard a few footsteps from an apartment above once, nothing from either side or below. There was NO outside noise with the windows closed, and very little with them open, as the apartment looks over rooves. This room has a very open view over rooves towards the river, and the domey building can been seen lit up at night.

Cons: There are a few things that could be improved, but even if they weren't, I would stay here again on my own as these were niggles rather than big problems. When I booked, this room was listed as a loft - it is NOT in the loft but on the first floor at the back, just FYI. The only mirror is in the bathroom and I could see down to my shoulders only. I had to check my outfit in the reflection on the microwave! (On leaving, I realised the lift is mirrored, but that still isn't an ideal option). Something to put shower gel/soap/a razor on in the shower would be useful. All my bars got really soggy sitting on the shower tray, and keeping a razor on the floor isn't that safe. There is one window which is almost full length and opens in without a Juliette balcony which seemed a bit dangerous to me. There was noise in the hallway from doors and people chatting, but after the first day, I didn't really notice it. The wardrobe is behind the bed and there is less than a foot (30cm) to walk down the side and behind to get to it. I hung all my clothes on the shutters and airer as it was much easier that way. This was fine for one person, but with two people, I think you'd be living out of bags, not unpacking. The cupboard by the bathroom could easily be converted into a wardrobe/shelves. It's all clean lines which is nice, but there are NO hooks to hang anything on like wet coats. The flush needs looking at as it continually fills sometimes - pressing it again stopped it. There are 6 steps to get to the lift.

It was easy to access and to reach most attractions in Porto

Pros: Quite modern and stylish, all new and freshly decorated.

Perfect accommodation

Pros: Absolutely perfect location to explore Porto! Comfortable room with all the amenities you need of your did want to stay in. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Excellent location and great place to stay

Pros: Great location. Easy to get to from the airport and to any key sites for sightseeing. Easy to agree details of stay Lovely people to communicate with and accomodative and helpful

Modern and stylish but let down by bed, size and mosquitoes.

Pros: Really stylishly modelled apartment. Appliances worked well. Nice bathroom. Cloean. Nice bedding.

Cons: The place is really small - more like a hotel room than an apartment. Not a problem for one, but not clear from the photos. Two would feel cramped! The bed did not fit into its location and it was also too high so you have to a) pull it out in in order to access the wardrobe and b) it has a tiny access along its edge (20cm?) which made getting in and out very awkward. I think the space was designed for a narrower, lower bed! The hot water tap in the shower was broken (the guy who came to collect the previous tourist tax said he knew about it but we agreed it was possible still to make it work - but awkward). The sink tap plate also fell off. Otherwise the bathroom was stylish and worked OK. I was bitten to death by mosquitoes. There is no air condtioning and the room is quite small so you need to have a window open which is how they got in, I guess. There was a microwave but no oven. The Nespresso coffee machine wasn't working properly. There was an iron but no ironing board.

Nice holiday for my parents

Pros: This booking was for my parents. They had a great time. The host was very helpful and the apartment was very nice.

Pros: The location is superb, in the heart of Rubeira. Very close to the waterfront, restaurants, bars and boat trips. The apartment is very compact, modern and well equiped.

Pros: Lokacija odlicna odmah iznad rijeke douro, sve je blizu. Apartman ima sve sto je pptrebno, perilicu suda, perilicu za robu. U paketicu dobijete kapsulu za pranje vesa. Ulazak u apartman je pomocu pina sto mnogo olaksava rane ulaske I izlaske. Definitivno preporucujem boravak, najbolje ulozen novac I zbog apartmana I zbog lokacije.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, la comunicación con la empresa fue perfecta, la llegada autónoma sin problema y el apartamento muy bien diseñado y pese a ser pequeño, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar dos o tres dias sin problema alguno
