Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment with super host
Pros: Spacious and fully equipped with 2 good sized private bedrooms. The host was very attentive and easily contactable throughout our stay. The location is in a nice residential area with a large nearby supermarket and a couple of metro stations within 10 minutes walk.
Cons: Nothing However, this didn’t bother us because we like walking but if you want to walk everywhere then it’s 20 -30 minutes walk to the riverside area.

Pros: Really nice place with an authentic vibe to it. From the balcony you can see some churches around. We stayed for one night only but really enjoyed the place. The host is super nice, making sure everything is there for you. Communication was superb. Definitely recommend

Central location
Pros: Very central, easy walking distance to a few tube stations (Trindade, Lapa and Faria Guimarães). Property manager was very helpful, always available and proactive towards our stay.
Cons: 4th floor with no lift. Exhausting.

Pros: Communication is excellent, and the location is great. 2 hour parking right outside. Free 19.00 - 09.00. Value for money is very good. Super host. Ample size.
Cons: Yeah, it's the top floor. It's pointed out in the room title.

Perfect place to stay in Porto
Pros: Really great location to walk to everywhere in Porto. The apartment was clean and comfortable and very well organised with everything we needed. We were very well looked after and felt very taken care of. Lots of space and a nice balcony to enjoy breakfast. Definitely recommend this place.
Cons: After a long day walking, the four flights of stairs to the apartment. A bit like going to the gym! ;-)

Nice apartment on top floor.
Pros: Close to city centre, walking distance or 3-4€ via Uber. I had a car, but walked or ubered. Free carparking in the evening around the apartment. Several restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery store. While it's 4 flights of steps to carry your bags initially and then bring down on final day, the view and serenity from the balcony made up for it. I spend a few mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony, enjoying the quietness ( after the bustle of old town), and the nature in the backyard (trees and birds), looking out across to an old church, which gets lit up in the evening. The apartment had everything we needed. It's on 4th floor and cools down in the.evening, we didn't need to use the fans. The host was very responsive to our needs and made the checkin an easy process even though we supplied all the requirements at the last minute.
Cons: The beds a bit creaky., and then it might not bother everyone.

Comfort and convenience in the heart of Porto.
Pros: This apartment was conveniently located in the heart of Porto. You can easily walk to the Porto Cathedral, Monastery of Serra do Pilar, and the Luis I bridge. There is a wide variety of restaurants (Jardineiro and Especie were great) within a few minutes walk as well as supermarkets and other shops.

Nicht ganz schlecht, aber auch nicht fabelhaft
Pros: Die Lage war gut und Wohnung für eine dreiköpfige Familie ausreichend geräumig. Der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit.
Cons: Die Wohnung ist schon älter. Das Bad und Küche sind gefliest und ohne Heizung, was bei kälterem Wetter die Räume unangenehm kalt macht. Nach dem Duschen im Bad steigt man direkt auf kalten Boden und Spiegel, Wände und Fenster sind durch Kondenswasser bedeckt. Küche haben wir nur zum heissen Tee zubereiten genutzt. Auf Essen zubereiten in der Wohnung haben wir gänzlich verzichtet. Die Fenster mit einfacher Verglasung isolieren weder vor Kälte noch vor Lärm. Ohne Ohrstöpsel war für uns das Schlafen unmöglich. Dazu noch, genau gegenüber, gab es eine Baustelle, wo ab 7 Uhr intensiv gearbeiet wurde. Glasfaser Internetanschluss war bis 17-18 Uhr ausreichend schnell. Danach brach die Downloadgeschwindigkeit ein, so, dass Amazon Prime Filme Streaming unmöglich war. ... Und zum Schluss die Treppen ( ohne Alternative ) ... wenn ich richtig gezählt habe : 78. Wenn man vom Fluss zu Fuss zurück in die Wohnung geht ( und es geht ganze Zeit nur bergauf ) waren die Treppen das Schlimmste.
