Fab apartment in great location. Great hosts.

Pros: We loved the apartment- really spacious main bedroom and nice living area. The staircase up to second floor inside the apartment is iconic! Bunk beds are adult sized. I have attached photo taken out of the bedroom window. I loved staying in a tiled building! Lovely view of nearby church and old, military building opposite. Facilities good: dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, towels, nespresso machine. Location is fab. 15 mins walk to centre of town (university area) and close to metro (although we didn’t use metro at all as walked everywhere). Seemed like a nice, safe area. Pingo doce supermarket nearby on other side of the square open till 9pm. It was 15 mins in taxi to airport. Overall I feel it was good value for money. We had an issue with the shower which was quickly fixed. Great communication from the hosts. Very polite and helpful via the booking.com messaging system.

Cons: I feel better for 4 people… as only 4 people can eat at table, only 1 bathroom. My third teenager slept on sofa bed (which was only really good for 1 person). Coffee pods and dishwasher tabs would have been appreciated.

Pros: Blisko do sklepu spożywczego - dyskont, telewizor z google TV i bardzo dobry Internet !!!

Cons: W głównej sypialni od ulicy rano samochody słychać jakby jechały obok łóżka. Bardzo słabe okna.

Très bon séjour .

Pros: L’emplacement proche du centre , la grandeur de l’appartement , tout est disponible dans l’appartement . Le prix très raisonnable.

Cons: La rue est assez passante, bruit de circulation. Il manque une deuxième petite serviette .

Pros: Die Wohnung ist nichts außergewöhnliches, aber die Größe von 70 qm ermöglicht genügend Freiraum, besonders bei wechselhaftem Wetter, wie wir es erlebt haben. Das Schlafzimmer ist auf der anderen Seite des Treppenaufganges, aber sehr geräumig.

Cons: Besonders erschreckend fanden wir zwei defekte Steckdosen (siehe Foto). Diese wurde auch schon in früheren Bewertungen erwähnt. Außerdem ist einer der Heizlüfter defekt, auch dies wurde in einer früheren Bewertung genannt. Es wurde hier nicht nachgebessert. Ein Geschirrhandtuch dürfte der Vermieter gerne bereitlegen. Die Dekoblumen wurden seit Wochen nicht entstaubt. Der Wohn-/Küchenraum verliert etwas an Tageslicht, da ein kleiner überdachter Balkon vorgebaut ist, der auch noch verschließbare Fenster hat. Aber dies ist keine Kritik, wir haben das auf den Fotos auch so wahrgenommen.

Pros: L'appartement est bien grand et confortable pour une famille de 4. L'emplacement est parfait pour le voyageur, tout est accessible à pied. Pleins de bon restaurants et le supermarché autour !

Cons: La chambre pour dormir n'est pas suffisamment insonorisée pour entendre l'extérieur et les voisins.

Retour de séjour

Pros: La location est idéalement située, proche d'une très grande station centrale de Métro. Le centre ville est à 15/20min à pied et avec un bon plan, on trouve vite ses repères, la ville n'est pas si grande que cela. Le logement était propre, spacieux et fonctionnel.

Cons: Les chambres du logement sont situées du côté d'un boulevard plutôt passager aux heures de pointe. On entend pas mal la circulation matinale et nocturne... L'équipement du logement est à compléter, notamment pour la cuisine ! Manque d'une passoir, d'une carafe pour l'eau, de vaisselle en nombre, d'un torchon pour les mains/vaisselle, de condiments. Dommage, si on veut cuisiner un minimum. Dernier point négatif et même dangereux: 2 prises sont sorties du mur et ne tiennent qu'avec leurs fils. A revoir d'urgence!

Pros: Such good value for what you get. Complete place to ourselves, great facilities, walking distance from the city centre. Couldn't ask for more.

Pros: La posizione, la pulizia, in generale molto confortevole.

Cons: Rispetto alle nostre esigenze che erano in linea con quanto indicato su Booking, ci è stato fatto il check-in in ritardo, e il checkout in anticipo.
