Really nice design, has everything you need for your everyday comfort. Great location. Worth the money. Would book again

Pros: We liked the design, all the welcome gifts, it was spacious and at a very good location.

Cons: There were a couple of things that overshadowed a bit all the other great things. By the way, most of it was really really nice and would book this place again. But just the way how the bathroom’s door opens, kinda hard to get to the toilet seat. This could be done differently so in the bathroom would be easier to turn around and access all its necessities etc. The most annoying thing was how loudly we could hear when someone above us were walking. And they must have walked around the room a lot. Especially at night. We could hear every step. It disrupted our sleep quite many times. Other than that everything was really great.

Pros: Location is perfect in the heart of the city and apartment is still very quiet. Cozy renovated and inventive appartment . Equipment is prepared for anything you could possibly need.

Cons: Just details like cold bathroom 🥶🤭

A great place to stay in Porto!!!

Pros: The location is wonderful, in a very beautiful street in the center tho is a very quiet area, the view from the room is stunning and the sound proving is wonderful. The studio is very bright and with a lot of space, very styling and with a great smart TV, the shower has great pressure and a great view too! Overall a great place to spend a long or short holiday in Porto!

Cons: The bed was too soft for my personal taste and the pillows need replacement

Coziness and central location

Pros: Coziness, clean and well furnished and fast answering to find solutions. The studio is in the heart of Porto and a lot of things can be done by walking. You also have a small supermarket which is extremely useful to avoid going every lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Except some small negative things which were solved by the team quickly everything was perfect. Thank you for the welcoming attention with wine and sweets. Room was exactly like in the pictures.

Cons: We had some issues which was quite quickly resolved with something broken in the shower. Small negative point : the pan was really damaged with a lot of scratches which is dangerous for health so unusable ; it need to be replaced. The freezer was unusable because it was full of ice, probably the previous tenant didn’t closed it properly and it is the result of it. So this things need to be checked between tenant

Pros: Everything was perfect — the location, cleanliness, room size, and more. The price was especially attractive, and it felt like one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had.

Cons: On the 4th floor, we often found ourselves facing apartments across the way, which affected privacy. It would be helpful to have curtains or some form of window covering.

Pros: The location is perfect, and the room is super clean. Facilities are advanced. Welcome kit is lovely.

Pros: Seamless entry/exit system, very secure, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron etc. High standards throughout. Very central location.

Cons: Whilst it was quiet when we were there for 4 nights, it would be noisy from your neighbours if you were unlucky. Our stay was great.

The perfect combination of design, comfort, and location

Pros: Stayed at Ando Living on Flores Street — an excellent location, right in the heart of Porto. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything thoughtfully arranged. Being right on one of the most beautiful streets in the city made it easy to explore Porto on foot. A perfect base for both sightseeing and enjoying the local atmosphere

Cons: A beautiful and very comfortable place — we loved our stay. The only small suggestion would be to improve soundproofing between floors
