Pros: Everything was brilliant. Location, kitchen, heating, personal. In comparison to other Portuguese apt hosts this was amazing. Guys accomodated before checkin time, didn't wait for exact checkin. Were very attentive and polite.
Cons: Could not say this is a negative. A lot of singers and musicians around. But this is touristic Porto, someone could dislike, for me it was really nice, I sang with them)) 😄

Pros: Our stay in the apartment was wonderful, convenient location, lots of cafes nearby, close to all the interesting places. The apartment was clean and tidy, everything you need for a comfortable stay. very friendly staff, always in touch, gave us the opportunity to check in a little earlier, which was nice.
Cons: It's not that I didn't like it, but it was quite strange and it was the first time I was asked to take out the trash.

Great flat and great location
Pros: Great location, in the centre. Comfortable flat with lots of space for 2 persons. Claudia and the team were really welcoming and helpful by message.
Cons: The shower was leaking so we had to put a towel to limit the water going everywhere and to prevent it from deteriorating more the floor. Also no hook were there to put the towels on. There was road work in the street when we were there so it was quite loud in the morning (but other than that the noise level was actually alright during night!).

Pros: Appartment is perfectly located in the city center. From the entrance, you step directly onto the main street, which is full of shops, restaurants, and bars. Communication with the host was smooth; we arrived at night and accessed the apartment without any issues. Note that taxis can't reach the entrance, so you'll need to walk a bit (mentioning this because of the luggage). The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: There was no air conditioning in the room. Although we could open the window, the room had no chance to cool down or ventilate overnight. Otherwise, we were satisfied.

Pros: Location was perfect. Spacious apartment with everything I needed.
Cons: Keep in mind that there are stairs so this can be challenging with heavy suitcase but I was aware so no problem.

Pros: Accommodating hosts - 7 hours delay on arrival :-/ but great communication via WhatsApp :-) Great place in the middle of everything (We only learned about the existence of the Sao Joao festival on the spot, actually on the plane.:-)), supermarket around the corner, train station in sight. Great beaches in Espinho, nice Braga. Well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, bidet... Bed big enough for me (192 cm, 110 kg) and my wife had a lot of space I got hit in the head with a hammer probably a thousand times, luckily only with plastic ones. Sao Joiao festival is simply a great experience :-D
Cons: There is no instruction folder, e.g. air conditioning control. Take earplugs, the street is really noisy, just the center, that's to be expected. I recommend the owner to improve the shower door seal, it leaks onto the wonderful wooden floor. When arriving in the evening, the keybox lock number is hard to read after dark I got sunburned on the beach in Espinho, but that's my fault :-) The area around Sao Bento is dug up, they are building a new metro line, that will be fixed in time But people in Porto throw cigarette butts and garbage everywhere, and that's before the Sao Joao festival, so the center looks dirty :-/
