Pros: Прекрасное расположение у метро, рядом кафе. Апартаменты чистые. Окна выходили во двор, поэтому было тихо и спокойно. Есть кофеварка, одна очень \

Cons: Апартаменты без лифта, поэтому поднимать чемоданы тяжеловато Не хватало салфеток/бумажных полотенец, но мы докупили сами

Pros: Très bien situé toute proximité, tout peut se faire à pied j’ai trouvé ça génial

Cons: Manque un peu d’équipement, il n’y avait aucun essuie-tout, aucun linge à vaisselle pour essuyer et quatre cafés n’étaient pas suffisant, mais tout était très propre

Ausstattungsmerkmal Terrasse nicht vorhanden

Pros: Das Zimmer war ruhig, gemütlich, geräumig, Betten bequem und die Lage super.

Cons: Wir hatten das Zimmer hauptsächlich wegen der Terrasse gebucht, die auch als Ausstattungsmerkmal aufgeführt wird. Allerdings gab es nur dunkle, vergitterten Fenster zur Straße hin. Das Zimmer wird bei booking irreführend dargestellt .

Pros: L'appartement était très spacieux, bien équipé et bien situé (juste en face d'une station de métro).

Cons: L'inconfort de certains lits (certains matelas gagneraient à être remplacés).

Comfortabel appartement

Pros: Dichtbij de metro hoewel niet alles in Porto met de metro bereikbaar is. Uber/Bolt bij gebruikt om overal te geraken. Appartement ok, maar gehorig (hangt ook op in de gang). Host vlot bereikbaar. Tuin/terras is leuke extra. Kamers en badkamer ok. Supermarkt en winkel met 1001 spullen net om de hoek.

Cons: Er is geen vaatwasser (enkel ontbijt in appartement gedaan), dus wel geen grote afwas. Maar ook geen afdruiprek bijv, ook geen typische afdrooghanddoek (wel een meer klassieke handdoek zoals een badhanddoek). Zijn geen minpunten, enkel eventueel verbeterpunten.

Pros: Das Appartement ist erreichbar mit der Metro. Es war toll in einem Wohnviertel von Porto zu wohnen, im normalen Leben. Eine Bäckerei und ein Bar direkt vor dem Haus.

Cons: Der Balkon war nicht wirklich benutzbar. Nicht sauber gewischt, eher unbequeme Stühle.

Pros: Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm und nicht also weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Metro Station ist direkt gegenüber im Park. Es gibt kleine Lokale wo man Preiswert essen kann. Auch die Cafe's liegen keine 10 m entfernt. Es war sehr sauber und es hat uns gut gefallen.

Boa estadia

Pros: O apartamento era como indicado nas fotos, sala espaçosa, espaço de arrumação ideal. Localização bastante central. O check in é todo self service e é muito fácil.

Cons: Algumas mudanças necessárias em relação à WC: a porta do chuveiro não fecha correctamente; a porta da WC na parte de dentro precisa de uma limpeza profunda uma vez que tem marcas acastanhadas que parecem gordura; o interruptor da casa de banho deveria ser duplo para que a ventoinha liga-se apenas em caso de uso do duche. Neste momento liga sempre pq o interruptor é único e como é super perto da cama, faz imenso barulho de magrugada.
