Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso ed accogliente. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Posizione comoda per girare la città a piedi. A 10 m si trova un locale dove fare una buona colazione, e dietro l’angolo fermata della metropolitana.

Toplocatie met hele goede prijs-/kwaliteitverhouding.

Pros: Hele goede locatie om met een groter gezelschap te verblijven. Fijn om met drie slaapkamers allemaal een eigen badkamertje te hebben. Bushalte voor de deur, metro 50 meter verderop, kwartiertje lopen naar het oude centrum. Wat het helemaal top maakt, is de host. Hij heeft ons echt fantastisch geholpen met heel veel dingen. Echte aanrader!

Cons: De kamers aan de straatkant hebben wel wat last van de geluiden van de straat (optrekkende bussen bij bushalte, getik van de voetgangersoversteekplaats, racende motoren, etc.). De douches zijn wel wat verouderd.

Pros: La ubicación del lugar, cerca de los puntos turísticos, la comodidad de las instalaciones, la buena disposición del anfitrión en cuanto lugar para aparcar, indicaciones y recomendaciones de cocina, el amplio lugar de alojamiento. En relación calidad precio está muy bien.

Cons: Todo está bien. Como un punto a mejorar sería el aislamiento de la bulla de la avenida principal, pero el ruido es tolerable. Por lo demás el anfitrión fue muy amable y recomendaría siempre este alojamiento.

Pros: Die Lage ist super: Metro (auch zum Flughafen) vor der Tür, Lidl fußläufig und vieles auch zu Fuß erreichbar.. Wer ein perfektes, super-sauberes modernes Appartement erwartet ist hier nicht richtig. Die Altbauwohnung hat ihren Charme und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung super

Cons: Die Ausstattung der Küche war für unsere Bedürfnisse recht spärlich. Uns fehlten zum Kochen Töpfe. Fernando hat uns dankeswerterweise einen zusätzlichen Topf gebracht.
