Great environment , cozy apartment, nice location

Pros: Everything was amazing, cozy , clean and great aura. Location was perfect , everything was near , metro station, shops, cafes, even co working space in front of the apartment. Thanks for hosting us

Pros: The location is perfect, by walking you can go around the Oporto center. The apartment is cozy and with 2 comfortable bedrooms, just the pillow could be a bit harder. Silent place close to all the attractions. Comfortable checking and check-out with automatic digit key.

Cons: Showergel and shampoo dispenser in the shower were empty and the pillows were too soft. All the rest was perfect.

Pros: The apartment was very nice, clean, with amazing roof terrace to drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The location is near to all attractions and easy to find

Excellent, clean and comfortable 2-bedroom unit giving you the feel of home away from home.

Pros: The communication with the host through WhatsApp was prompt and helpful. They provided a bottle of wine and a box of biscuits as a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. The facilities were clean, in working order, and of high quality, and the 2 bed-room unit is very comfortable. We were 3 in the apartment. There was mostly a full kitchen, a laundry machine (but no dryer in the unit - you have to hang dry), with 2 stove top rounds provided, so you don’t need to bring anything for this home stay.

Cons: It is important to know that you need to check-in by providing your personal information through a private website before you can receive your building, door, and wifi codes. The website requests important personal information, like passport ID numbers. While we did not have any trouble, the private website did not require a password or seem secure, so this was a little disconcerting. Further, there may be confusion about the private website because we did our booking through Booking.com, and having to go to another different website to manage our booking is not immediately obvious for the less-tech-savvy (another family in the building had trouble getting in because they didn’t know about this procedure). There is no safe in the room. Finally, one should know that the supplies provided are as-is. There is no room or cleaning service, nor further reprovisioning of supplies. So if you run out of toiletries, toilet paper, or soap/shampoo, you have to get your own (as if this was your own house - not unheard of if you’re a family of 3 or 4 staying a week, the toilet paper will run out). Again, this was not super clear when we first booked, and not as expected. I also suggest to the hosts to provide salt and pepper.

Great stay in Bolhao

Pros: The unit was very comfortable, it was great to have AC and both the beds were spacious. Having a washing machine in a small room on the side was awesome. It was easy to access the unit using a code. The location near Rue Santa Caterina was great.

Cons: We ran out of toilet paper on the last day. There was a little bit of mold in between the tiles, near the bathtub, but it didn't really bother our group.

Pros: Nice apartment within walking distance of city. Quite and good appliances

Cons: Not thoroughly cleaned. Shower head needs replacing.

Good location, comfortable bed

Pros: Conveniently located with nearby public transportation. The air conditioning is adequately cool and the staff responds quickly to messages. Comfortable bed.

Cons: tends to be a bit dark, even with all the lights on, especially in the living room. The curtains of one room could benefit from blackout fabric to block out light

Pros: Excellent location, very close to the pedestrian area. Clean, everything needed for the stay is available

Cons: No elevator

Comfortable, tranquil and cool.

Pros: Had everything necessary for a short stay and comfy beds.

Cons: New shower head needed.
