Superb apartment in the heart of Porto.

Pros: Perfect apartment, double AC units, top TV in the living room, decent WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, central location with everything at walking distance. Calm neighborhood few meters away from the grand pedestrian zone. Decent two balconies, lift, plenty of coffees and restaurants around and even the traditional Mercado.

Cons: All of this minor issues might be already fixed. The batteries for the TV remote and one of the AC unit were drain out. The TV even if connected to the TV cable had only the \

Perfect Porto Apartment!

Pros: A fantastic apartment, beautifully laid out and furnished, incredibly comfortable large bed, lovely linen, well-equipped kitchen, excellent WiFi… and a perfect location for walking Porto or using the metro

Cons: Only thing we missed was a tea towel. And an ironing board would have been a helpful addition.

Few glitches

Pros: Lovely apartment in great location, good view of the city.

Cons: I would have rated this apartment 10/10 however there were a number of issues unfortunately. Hi tech entry system is quite daunting initially if you are not used to it. We were meant to receive the entry codes the day before however that didn't happen and as we were travelling from London and arriving late evening in the dark we were a little concerned. I was not getting a response on WhatsApp which is what I was told to use, tried calling but no luck, messaged but no luck so went through Booking.com who contacted them to let them know I was trying to contact them. Finally Feelporto sent the codes through. However I was still concerned that if wifi cut out at any time when we were trying to access apartment we could be stranded and have difficulty contacting them as there is no one on site. This process caused a lot of anxiety tbh. An overhead cupboard door in kitchen came off its hinges when we opened it and it almost fell on floor but luckily we caught it before it fell off completely as it could have caused a serious injury. It wasn't screwed in to the cupboard wall properly, not enough screws. Apartment has an iron but no ironing board, it took a day for them to respond advising that the board is kept in a communal cupboard near the lift however there was no cupboard that we could see. They did eventually drop one in to apartment but it took a day or two. No extra blankets. Written communications via Booking.com messenger were polite and professional however responses took too long. It really is a lovely modern apartment in a lovely location however there were too many issues for us.

Great Apartment with all mod cons.

Pros: Great apartment with very comfy bed. 2 bathrooms a bonus (even though one was a little difficult to close the screen if you are a little comfy around the middle!). Great comms and easy check in / check out with reception. Would deffo stay again.

Cons: We had a lovely balcony but it overlooked a huge cement factory so no view. Shame as it was lovely weather on 3 of the days we were there. But we were out most of the time, so it didn't spoil our trip.

Gr8 place in Porto

Pros: The location and easy access to our apartment were superb.

Cons: The only problem was that there was no cleaning and occasional changing of linens and towels during tbe 6 days we were there.

Pros: We were met upon arrival to get a walkthrough of the property. The host was very friendly. Offered an airport transform in a big van, it also had a baby seat. Apartment was very nice and comfortable.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, with a great location. Everything was clean and easy to use. The staff were very nice and helpful. We will definitely get back again!

Cons: Wifi was a bit slow, and the apartment faces the street, so sometimes you can hear the vehicles.

Pros: Spacious apartment and very comfortable sofa bed, which made a great stay for 2 people looking for a bit of space. Air con was great, but also had double doors allowing fresh air into the apartment. Easy to access door via code. Felt very safe.

Cons: No baggage storage and check out at 11am, however this was as advertised so no complaints :)
