Downtown Modern Studio With Terrace by Vacationy

Great value for money.

Pros: The apartment is gorgeous, just like in the pictures. Spotless clean. The location is unbeatable. The managing company staff are nice and responsive.

Cons: There is a problem with the building door. You are supposed to use a code to enter. But when I arrived, there was some issue that wouldn’t let me in with the code, only with the key. But the key is in the lock box by the apartment. If you arrive by day, like me, no problem. The staff would come to help you. In fact, someone from the building let me in. If you arrival time is at night, you might have a problem to get in. When I was leaving, luckily I left the keys in the lock box and not in the apartment. The building door had the same issue as when I arrived and only could be opened with the key. There was a small thing with the shower door that didn’t close tight and the water leaked to the floor every time I bathed. But with some floor towels it was not a major problem for me.

Pros: Quite location close to bus stops, restaurants, old town. Clean modern apartment with kitchenette.

Cons: Only a minor thing... The Owner never acknowledged the messages we sent. There's a lift from 1F to 2F, but you need to take stairs from Ground floor to 1F

Fijn plekje met alles erop en eraan in Porto!

Pros: Prima locatie in Bolhaõ. Comfortabel bed, goed uitgeruste keuken en heel pakket van benodigdheden en fles wijn ter welkom! Contact met verhuurder liep prima en duidelijk!

Cons: Balkon kan wat aankleding gebruiken Douche zat niet altijd stabiel aan de stang (door hoge waterdruk straalde hij niet altijd naar beneden)

Fint rum, mysigt inrett, bra balkong med eftermiddagssol.

Pros: Fin lägenhet med balkong i bra område! Bra säng, bra kök med allt man behövde. Nära mysigt torg med flertal restauranger. Ganska nära tunnelbana! 7 minuter.

Pros: Nettes Studio mit Küche und Balkon! Perfekt für ein paar schöne Tage in Porto.

Très bon séjour à Porto, le logement y a contribué

Pros: Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et idéalement situé mais au calme. Le propriétaire que nous avons sollicité par téléphone à été très réactif et très agréable. Si nous revenons à Porto sans hésiter nous choisirons cet hébergement

Pros: La historia de la ciudad. Sus edificios singulares y el enclave.

Cons: Le robaron a mi pareja el smartphone. Hay que llevarlo todo bien protegido.

Pros: Apartamento bem localizado, limpo e organizado e com check in fácil de fazer.

Cons: O apartamento é bom, porém tem bastante escada para acessar, não tem luz no quarto (apenas uma luz fraca na parede), não há espaço de bancadas para malas ou acessórios de banheiro e o chuveiro tem pouca pressão.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage mit Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Supermärkten direkt in der Umgebung. Gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Der Ort kann sehr gut zu Fuß vom Apartment aus erkundet werden. Der Balkon hat eine gute Größe, den wir leider aber aufgrund Wetters aber nicht so viel nutzen konnten. Self Check-in war mit den geschickten Informationen unkompliziert möglich. Zur Begrüßung haben wir eine Flasche Wein erhalten.

Cons: Leider keine wirkliche Ablagefläche oder Haken im Zimmer vorhanden, außer dem Tisch in der Küche. Auch im Bad keine Ablagefläche und der Wasserhahn war so ungünstig montiert, dass beim Händewaschen das Badezimmer immer nass wurde. Auch in der Dusche keine Ablage vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr eng und klein für größere Personen. Etwas weniger Deko in den Räumen und dafür etwas mehr praktische Ausstattung wie Haken oder Ablagen wären noch besser.
