Pros: Great location, big apartment and clean. Especially all attractive spots were able to reach by walking and flat were tidy to feel fresh

Cons: The water pressure and water heater in the bathroom definitely need to be fixed. The water pressure was very low, making it difficult to shower, and the hot water frequently cut off as well.

Beautiful and comfortable

Pros: Everything was organized and clean, it had all the facilities necessary and felt like a home! The view from the windows were beautiful both at night and during the day. It had everything we needed for 4 adults without feeling too clustered or uncomfortable.

Recomendable

Pros: La localización es estupenda y la disposición del apartamento muy agradable. El espacio es amplio y con mucha luz. Estaba limpio. La buhardilla le da un encanto especial. La atención del equipo que gestiona el apartamento.

Cons: Hubo algunos detalles insatisfactorios durante nuestra estancia (entraba frío por las ventanas del salón, no había sartenes, pocos cubiertos, y algunas cosas del mobiliario estaban con falta de mantenimiento- somier de la camas infantiles sueltas, sillas de la cocina, ...). Sin embargo lo comunicamos y vinieron a solventar las cosas más urgentes haciendo más cómoda nuestra estancia.

Pros: La ubicación, al lado de todo andando te puedes mover por toda la ciudad

Cons: El portal, da una sensación rara, y que el ascensor estaba a partir de la primera planta, teníamos que cargar el carro del bebe

Apartamento correcto

Pros: El apartamento era muy cómodo y funcional y tenía una ubicación perfecta.

Cons: El ascensor era muy muy pequeño. Apenas entraban dos personas de forma ajustada. El agua se cortaba muy a menudo, posiblemente porque había obras en el edificio. Hacía mucho calor en el apartamento por el día y era difícil de ventilar.

Pros: Spazio molto ben organizzato, arredato e ben fornito. Posizione ottima.

Cons: Pulizia da migliorare, molta polvere. Finestre della sala di difficile apertura.Niente aria condizionata. Molto rumoroso per i Lavori di ristrutturazione nello stabile accanto, ma soprattutto per i gabbiani.
