Aposentus - Downtown Bright Apartment

Pros: It's central, near the main square, lots of restaurants and in easy walking distance from Sao Bento station. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable and the sofa is easy to fold down into a bed. The kitchen had a kettle, coffee maker, hob, microwave and fridge. Maybe not enough for serious cooking but enough for us to sort out breakfast and simple lunches. Other reviews commented on not enough teaspoons so I brought some with me and didn't need them.

Cons: As it's central and on a street with bars and restaurants, there's a fair amount of noise late at night. The amount varied with the weather and day of the week. It didn't stop us sleeping but if that bothers you, maybe you need somewhere out of the centre.

It was a pleasant experience, but next time we will stay elsewhere.

Pros: This is a charming area with many excellently rated cafes. Two bathrooms - very convenient! Excellent water boiler, hot water was always. Great host. The apartment has everything to live in for a few days comfortably.

Cons: The first impression: a terrible key and lock. We stood there for 5 minutes each time before we could open the door. There was only one foot towel for two bathrooms. Also no teaspoons in the kitchen, and no water filter, so we had to buy bottled water. I also read about the noise, but I didn’t even know how loud it is. All night long, drunken people walk around until dawn and YELL. We slept with earplugs, so it was bearable.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehe geräumig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Das bad ist etwas klein. Hatte eine großen Balkon und die lage war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist zwar alter aber sieht an sich ganz gut aus.

Cons: Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, man hört gelegentlich die nachbarn und den lärm von der Straße aber alles noch in einem annehmbaren Rahmen. Es handelt sich um eine sehr alte Wohnung daher war dies nicht verwunderlich.

Excellent séjour et situation exceptionnelle

Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé et très confortable. La terrasse est un plus agréable

Cons: Le réfrigérateur est un peu usé et les couteaux ne coupent pas bien

Pros: Apparemment en plein centre de Porto très bien situé.

Cons: Rue du logement en travaux

Superbe appartement

Pros: Superbe appartement très confortable, propre et agréable. Très très bien situé au cœur de la ville dans un quartier dynamique et à proximité de toutes les activités. Idéal pour un séjour en amoureux !

Buena ubicación !!

Pros: La ubicación ideal, al estar en el centro, estabamos cerca de sitios importantes para visitar y el apartamento en si, muy cómodo!!

Cons: No me disgusto nada!!

Pros: A localização é ótima. José foi bastante atencioso oferecendo ótimas indicações. Toalhas e roupa de cama limpas. Apartamento claro e arejado. Os dias estavam quentes e o ar condicionado foi perfeito. Enfim, recomendo o espaço.

Cons: Pequeninas coisas que podem ser melhoradas. Não cozinhei, mas senti falta de colheres de café, faca de corte e de uma chaleira mais moderna. Uma lavadora de roupas também seria bem vinda.

Idéal pour court séjour au cœur de la ville

Pros: Spacieux .. climatisé … terrasse … double toilettes et douche proche de tout ( vieille ville tour des Clerc palace de là bourses et plein de resto disco bar et. )

Cons: Mieux pour des jeunes car nous aimons nous coucher tôt et le quartier est vivant donc bruyant
