Porto is the only city truly worth living in Portugal, and Fabrica Apart is the only place to stay in Porto
Pros: The house is centrally located, with easy access to all major attractions. The breakfast meets European standards and is more than sufficient, with delicious homemade products. Most importantly, the hospitality of the host, Antonio, goes beyond any rating. He made each day special with different treats and thoughtful gestures. In addition, his guidance and insights about Porto were outstanding

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Porto
Pros: We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Porto! The location is awesome - super close to everything and easy to get around. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Antonio was absolutely fantastic - so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with great tips about the city. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Porto! Pros: The unit is nice, the location is right in the heartbeat of Porto, and we certainly can't say enough about Antonio's hospitality, he ensures his guests are treated to the best of everything, Antonio is charismatic and easy going!

Gold star for both location and extraordinary host.
Pros: The property was really well located and the host extraordinary. The hosts passion for his city and eagerness to share its history with us ensured we were set to embrace all the city had to offer. We were also spoilt with treats that ranged from local wines/port to delicious pastries. The host willingly picked us up from the airport and checked in regularly to see if there was anything if he could help us with.

Pros: Very nice, clean and comfortable. Excellent sound insulation and very close to the heart of Porto. This is a combination that is hard to beat for the price.

Pros: The location is perfect, right in the heart of Porto.. Antonio is an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed and more. From delicious chocolate cake, port, and pastries to his warm enthusiasm and tips on what to see and do, he helped to make sure our stay was truly special. The transfers to and from the airport meant getting there and back was super smooth and easy as well.

Pros: The location and the Antonio's behavior towards us, helpfulness, and surprises. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked without any problems. The internet was good. In addition, it was wonderful that our host Antonio welcomed us at the bus terminal and, on our departure, gave us a short city tour before dropping us off at the terminal again. He took the time to explain each sightseeing spot to us. We thank him very much.
Cons: The overall cleanliness of the house could have been better. Breakfast items were a bit limited. There was not much variety of cheese. Although there was coffee and other types of tea, there was no black tea (English breakfast tea), which we missed.

Pros: The location was so central. It is an easy walk from the spectacular Sao Bento train station and so may other landmarks/restaurants. The place was cozy and charming, and host Antonio was so welcoming, informative, and enthusiastic about Porto.

A homely and welcoming stay with an exceptional host – highly recommend.
Pros: Antonio the host was fantastic and very helpful. He picked us up from the train station and even dropped us off at the airport. He gave us great recommendations on attractions, restaurants, and must-see places, and left us daily treats which was such a sweet touch.
Cons: No issues, we really enjoyed our time here.

It was a great city trip
Pros: Our kind Host picked us up at the Airport and took us back also. Breakfast was available, loved the oranges and coffee. His Tips for our stay were brilliant after a short Porto Tour. The only painpoint were die mosquitos - they really loved our german blood.
Cons: It was very noisy at Night until die morning hours we used ear plugs than it was fine.
