Pros: Great location in the center of Porto, near são bento station, ponte luiz and the cathedral. Spacious room and bathroom, with a small balcony (which we didn't expect). There is a nice tapas restaurant on ground floor of the building.

Pretty, spacious, comfortable apartment in a great area.
Pros: The apartment is spacious, light, airy and very pretty. It’s ideally situated in the beautiful area of Ribeira, close to the river and with plenty of attractions, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. It’s just round the corner from the funicular if you get tired of climbing hills! Storage is plentiful, the bed is extremely comfortable, the shower is great and we had everything we needed and more for our weeks stay. The small balcony is perfect for morning coffee or a late night drink. The area is lively so there is as expected a degree of noise from traffic but this eases off at night and didn’t cause us any issues at all. WiFi signal is strong. We absolutely loved the apartment which is great value and one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Maria was also very accommodating regarding our ludicrously early flight and let us check in at 10am for a very reasonable fee which was a blessing!
Cons: We loved everything.

Gerne wieder!
Pros: Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer sehr gut. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet und die Lage ganz fantastisch. Wir haben es sehr genossen dort zu wohnen. Auf Grund der Lage ist es vollkommen logisch, dass es dort nicht ganz so ruhig ist, nachts ist der Verkehr relativ laut zu hören. Uns hat das aber absolut nicht gestört.

Prachtig appartement op iconische locatie
Pros: Prachtig appartement. Ik heb er al vele gehuurd, maar dit is echt top. Alle faciliteiten van vaatwasser, wasmachine tot waterkoker én alle andere voorzieningen. Ligging in Porto kan niet beter, vlak bij de kathedraal en de prachtige brug naar villanova de gaia. Metro op amper 100 meter, station 200 m. Zeker een aanrader. Ook het inchecken is prima, via een code. Geen gedoe.
Cons: Niets.

Pros: The apartment was super cute and had everything to make our stay super comfortable. We loved the location! We could walk down to the riverside and across the Luis 1 Bridge. Dining at the Tapas restaurant below the unit was a delight.
Cons: We really enjoyed our stay. For some people the noise could be a problem, but it didn't bother us.

Cons: Als je een bed van 180 breed gewend bent is dit bed 140 cm even wennen maar verder alles perfect en goed contact met Maria via de app

Cudowne miejsce w sercu miasta!
Pros: Lolakalizacja jest po prostu idealna! za rogiem most Luisa, na lewo katedra, na przeciwko Sao Bento, oprocz tego sklepiki, restauracje, lepiej być nie może, wszędzie bardzo blisko, mozna przyjechać o kazdej porze dnia i nocy i czuc sie bezpiecznie. Apartament jest przytulnie urządzony i jest w nim wszystko czego potrzeba, włącznie ze zmywarka i pralka (tą odkryliśmy ostatniego dnia, jest w pomieszczeniu do którego wchodzi się z balkonu :) ) , sprzęty są nowe i apartament jest zadbany.
Cons: Taka lokalizacja ma oczywiście główny minus w postaci chalasu, choć uwazam ze jak na takie miasto to nie jest aż tak źle, w środku nocy jest ciszej niż np w małych miasteczkach, ale fakt spanie przy otwartym oknie odpada. Mieszkanie jest na 2 piętrze bez windy, poza tym jest to kamienica,dla alergików ulica plus stary budynek to kiepska sprawa. Słychać niestety sąsiadów za ścianą, choć raczej trzeszczącą podłogę niż rozmowy. Dla osób przyjeżdżających zwiedzać miasto nie powinno być to problemem bo w takim miescie nie spędza się czasu w mieszkaniu.
